Generally once you get unlocking permissions then you've had to wait 7-15 days to get it unlocked. That's the way Xiaomi method works.

Hello!
Few months ago i unlocked my bootloader using official way .. Few days ago I locked my bootloader and now I wanna unlock my bootloader again.
What should i do now ?

You...... Are epic. Unlock, lock and then unlock. Did you backup your DRM keys they last time you unlock? If you did not, you will lose bravia engine. I guess you can just unlock again

I know that i can unlock again . But what i should do now to unlock bootloader again ?

If you have saved unlock jey you can skip first step, otherwise you need to ask for the code again.
Friends I bought my first xiaomi mobile, redmi note3 I don't know anything about xiaomi development, I want to know if I unlock my bootloader unofficially, then can I unlock it again after sometime officially? And is there any topic about steps to prevent hard bricking? Thanks

Many people that unlocked their bootloaders unofficially faced problems like hard brick etc. I suggest you to ask Xiaomi and wait for approval, then unlock it the official way.

FYI: I managed to unlock the bootloader successfully using Global Stable 7.3.2.0.
Has this device got an unlocked bootloader?
Yes... Shut your phone off. Press VolDown+ Power and hold. Fastboot screen will come in.

The bootloader was not unlocked by miui, I owned it without problems, only miui locked the root permission but easily solved by flashing superSU

Check your account with Mi Unlock Tool. I didn't receive approval message but I knew I was accepted by logging my account into Mi Unlock Tool.
