Hi a have problem i cant flash TWRP on scl-l01. adb is giving me this error: FAILED (remote: Command not allowed).
I have bootloader and frp unlocked.

Unlock your bootloader first... put recovery in adb folder.. then try again...

I thinked it was unlocked, if you mean OEM unlock in developer options... its unlocked...

If you mean OEM unlock in developer options its unlocked..

if I unlocked bootloader does that unlock sim.. or that is only in some cases?
and how i can check for sure that my bootloader is unlocked?
becouse I think iI unlocked with latest flashtool

i can tell that latest flash tool option for unlocking bootloader works for me
than I tested with s1tool

Did you unlock the sim? Did you use flashtool for this?

yes I use latest flashtool just click "plugins" --> "run" and follow the instructions
no i did'nt unlock sim just unlock bootloader

In your dialer app, dial: *#*#7378423#*#* then go to -service info -configuration.
rooting status should state:- bootloader unlocked: yes

I have a friends Redmi 3S Prime. I've sent the unlock request but more than 2 days have passed now, no info from Xiaomi. I've tried to use their Unlock tool but it says "no permission".
I came a across an idea to run "fastboot oem unlock". After running that I get a weird screen asking me Yes or No.

I have installed the rom Resurrection REMIX (Oreo 8.1) and the recovery B364.
After than, the FRP was relocked and the OEM option is not anymore usable in the Developer option (see picture). I can't flash Magisk or stock rom.
Can you help me to unlock again the FRP ?
What is working:
android (8.1) with root adb access
fastboot mod (phone unlocked, FRP Lock)
recovery mod
dload mod (but maybe not, I didn't success to install a stock rom with the dload method)

I tried to install TWRP to install LineageOS, but I unlocked the bootloader to install TWRP, but I keep getting this screen and booting into recovery.
So I can enter the recovery, but I cannot enter reboot. If I try to boot, I see this screen and then enter recovery.
What can I do for solve this problem?

Lock boot loader , you can returned your phone alive

that's screen is because the phone bootloader is unlocked.. and we're stuck with it.. the xz1 bootloader can't currently be re-lock..
So just flash the current twrp and drive on..
