ROM for RNE-L22 working internacionally? - Huawei Mate 10 Questions & Answers

I have a Huawei Nova 2i (Huawei Mate 10 lite). I bought it in philiphines, and we bought another one for my cousin, when we came back we use the same telecom company...His phones catches the signal instantly, but mine not. THE SAME PHONE FROM THE SAME STORE. So I'm asking you, there is some ROM that works internationaly? or some ROM that works in Latin America (Argentina)?}
Model: RNE-L22
Compilation: RNE-L22C636B132
I already did the backup from Android Studio, with the adb command.
I donwloaded Firmware Finder (It was recommended here).
Also it says on the screen RNE-L22C636
What stapes I need to follow? I have a little experience using Odin 3.3...But that's all. I would like like a begginer guide for flashing this particular phone with all the files working. I don't want to brink my phone trying files from the same phone but from another model.
Already UNLOCKED the phone.
But couldn't install the TWRD. Stuck over there.
I think I already installed TWRD. But when I go to the fastboot and put "fastboot boot twrp-xxx.img" it says
"downloading 'boot.img'...
OKAY [ 0.625s]
booting...
FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)
finished. total time: 0.630s"
I try with the flashtool. My device got detected when I was on fastboot, on, and adb. But when I go to Bootloader. It doesn't detect it.
Yes, I enabled developer mode, enable usb debugging, did unlock bootlader and my windows 10 doesn't have issues with detecting the driver of the phone (no yellow sing on devices).
Any help?

Try pressing volume up + power for about 8 to 10 seconds. If it boots up to TWRP, then you have installed it already. Otherwise, it will boot up to stock recovery if not.

Hehehe bro pwede pashare ung stock rom mu ng RNE-L22 nag restore kc ako ng RNE-L21 gumana nmn pro gusto q parin ung dati kung rom.

di ako nag backup kasi nga yung twrp para sa nove 2i hindi fully working. kay ngayon nganga tayo. hintay sa pag release ng official full OTA. di ko nga maupdate phone ko eh

sino ang naka stock rom L22 pa? merong way to pull our own full firmware, pero kelangan unlocked bootloader at kelangang nasa stock rom ka pa. kahit di rooted basta unlocked lang.

Hi Bro. Ok na ba device nyo? I managed to flash my RNE-L22(C636) to it's original firmware using HWOTA tool.

buti na lang bumalik ako dito. nabenta na bro phone ko kaso yung bumili inupdate nya yung phone kaya bootloop. san mo kinuha yung stock rom na ginamit mo sa HWOTA? penge link para madownload ko din. thank you!

DL ka ng firmware finder and download full ota of your model.
