I'm building android app in Android Studio with webview with html/css/js website. It's generated in PanoTour. If I load index.html file I got ERROR: HTML5 Browser with WebGL or CSS3D support required! So can I enable it somewhere?

Have attached an image, its a package I used to use fine on all my older Windows mobile devices, including my last one the Touch HD.
But when I install it on my HD2 I get these green graphical problems, see image.

So I installed the Market on the Q, it shows up as a device in the Play store which is awesome, however the issue is now that it's not allowed to install any apps, probably due to the capabilities xml files and the build fingerprint. I'll experiment with this some more tomorrow though
