i rooted my qmobile with kingroot now i need room and also picture what effect i get after new room kindly help

Hello guys,
I have rooted my Qmobile noir A6 with Root_script_by_Bin4ry_v15 but now I want to unroot it and whenever I try to put the x command in it to unroot it gives me the message (picture attached).
My phone also does not reboots and root is still present.
Please help me.
