Probably, since the Nvidia Shield and Shield Android TV (foster) are being worked on.

It's on the Nvidia Developer download center. One is the stock NVIDIA SHIELD ANDROID TV Pro Recovery OS Image(5.0.2) and the other the NVIDIA SHIELD ANDROID TV Pro Developer Only OS Image(5.0.2) which is ROOTED. The page also has the 5.0.2 OS for the 2015 16GB Shield also. The 5.0.1 OS is for the 2017 Shield. Hope this has not already been posted.

Instead of waiting for the pre-rooted image, I just rooted mine by flashing SuperSU with TWRP.

It can, but the real problem was that the 2015 Pro firmware is just now finally available. I have been waiting for it for ever it seems.

I am not sure what you mean. I rooted my 2015 pro since the day the nougat update came out.
Despite the title saying 5.0.2, the current firmware downloads seem to be available here (including the dev_rooted version!) with no Nvidia developer account required:

I have a shield tv 2015 pro, I am currently running full android JellyBean rooted on it, can I use the firmware in the link above to upgrade to the newest version of android? or is there some other process I have go to throug?

Simple. You can't. There is no 8.0 available for it yet. It will be a few weeks maybe a month before it gets it.

If you are wishing to get a touch of the android o without it's offical release, you can try out the android-oify xposed module
It would obviously not make your device android o but you will atleast be able to get a bit of what it actually is

I know tab s2 snap version has lineage os development...

Hi,
I'm currently working on device tree for Honor 7 with Speedo.thc. If everything goes well, there will be fully working build of LOS 13 very soon. (It seems to work better than ports from P8)
Then I will build some other ROMs based on marshmallow.
Later I will try to port LOS 14, but it will be very hard since Honor 7 runs on custom chipset and the drivers for hardware are proprietary and probably not compatible with newer android versions.

Which issues do you mean?
There are no more TWRP updates since twrp-3.1.1-0-plank.img....
All Builds after 3.1.1-0 does not work anymore on H7 and so me and other users suggestet team-twrp via mail to suspend the daily builds for h7....
But I can't remember what was the failure....

yes the stock os windows 10 its works normally every thing works and the touch screen working i want to make dual boot android + windows 10 the last os installed phoenix os dual boot with win10 but the touch not working how can i fix is it missing driver or something like that
