1, Can i Root & install CWM without Unlock Bootloader ?
2, Have to Unlock Bootloader before Root and install CWM ? (if i only flash backup Stock Rom)
3, Can i unlock Bootloader after Root (to flash Cook Rom) ?

i flashed a service rom bnd l21 provided by a dev here using dload method
then he said to unlock bootloader and flash twrp recovery then flash stock rom

There is no method to unlock bootloader,without bootloader unlock root is not possible .the firware not supported to unlock bootloader I tried all methods I am also using vivo u20
