Is anyone else getting a daily notification from location services if gps is off that the network time cannot be updated for other cities?
There is no way I've found to disable this notification. With the stock usa firware I can disable every other notification.

Hi..
Im using a Stock Huawei Honor 6 with Emotion UI and my problem is that my incoming push notifications seems to be in a queue until i reconnect my WiFi or 3G. After doing this all notifications come directly.
Where can I start to search the reason? Which services belong to the push service and have to run?
Hopefully you can help
Running Gear S with UK firmware and Galaxy S 5.
Good trusted connection to the Gear/ Gear manager connected, yet I have never been able to have the Google mail notification sent to Gear S, despite the option box being ticked on Gear Manager notifications. How can I get this to work.?
Also What's App and other notifications like messaging, only work sporadically. A full reset will enable and then the next day, it will not work.
Has there been a change in the way the Gear S works with Gear Manager?
Finally, is there a way to get the little Gear connected icon to show at the top of the Galaxy S 5 scree at the notification area? It used to be, but since the u/g to Lollipop is not there anymore.
Do you have this notification on the Notification bar ?
Example : If my computer read the Gmail email, the phone do not display them because there are yet read. Same for hangout.
I don't get Gmail notifications on the phone. Maybe this is why it doesn't work? I do though with WhatsApp and the stock email service.
The problem presents itself as there are some notification providers (e.g. call services) that don't allow the user to disable specific notifications (in this case WiFi Calling).
Since receiving the official Android 11 on my Pixel 4 XL yesterday, there is a permanent notification telling me emergency calls are not working over WiFi Calling (thanks I know, get out of my sight).
Usually, notification providers can be turned off entirely or selected groups of notifications of a service can be turned off. Well, seems like you can't turn this one (or call services at all) off.
Is there anything one can do about this? I don't want to have this notification be there 24/7.
I am very open to hacky solutions, whatever it takes to get rid of unwanted permanent notifications. The optimal solution would be something that allows me to, in general, modify previously immutable notification settings.

I recently moved to a very rural area where signal is spotty, at best. Driving down the road, I'll start getting Call Services Voice Service and Data Service notifications constantly.
I've tried Settings>Apps>Notifications>Show System. I've set Network Alerts, Network Available, and Network Status to Low: No sound or visual interruption. I'm still getting these notifications.
Anything else I can do? I've been able to turn it off on my older phones.
I don't know if this is an Android 12 issue or a Samsung S22+ issue. When I connect to a public Wi-Fi that requires me to "sign in", immediately after signing in, I get an audible notification alert. The notification shows up in the notification list as "Android System". But, I have Android System set to deliver notifications silently so something is amiss.
I don't get a notification when I re-connect to a public Wi-Fi I've used before and that does not require me to sign in.
I'd like to stop these audible notifications but can't find any setting that will accomplish what I want. My Samsung Note 9 does not have this issue.
Thanks for the help.

I found the solution and thought I would post it to help anyone else who might have this issue.
You have to swipe down on the visible notification and then long press on it. That will pop up a message allowing you to choose to receive this notification silently. It referenced "Network Manager" which I've not been able to find anywhere else in settings. I can confirm it works for all notifications of this type and not just the one Wi-Fi network that first prompted the notification.
