LG V30+ With Mac - LG V30 Questions & Answers

Coming from xperia, usually I sync my playlists songs, photos & videos album on itunes, move/delete/copy files to my xperia via Sony Bridge.
Is there any app for V30+ H9320DS to do that on mac?
Already tried LG PC Suites but got error "your phone doesnt support, please use LG Bridge".
But with LG Bridge it only update software, no sync music playlist, sync photos album nor files transfer.

I am using doubletwist for mac to sync media with my phones. you can download it for free. Google on doubletwist sync for mac
**nevermind, LG v30 apperently not supported. only via the airsync option wich is the same as LG airdrive.

Tried several options with my Mac Pro, but every one of them failed to recognize the LG V30 and access any folders/files on the device. And it didn't help that iTunes has made a real mess of all my music files. I had to spend considerable time fixing my music files on my Mac Pro before finally using an SD card to port them over to my LG V30.

I am using Anytrans a good replace of iTunes for manage your Android in Mac

[Q]Transferring files from iTunes to GT10.1

So I use iTunes to aggregate all my music. I have been able to drag songs directly from iTunes to my HTC incredible without a problem since Ive had that phone.
I wanted to load music on my GT10.1 and once connected to the computer, I try to drag files from itunes to the music folder on the tab and it doesnt work. I have to find the files in windows explorer and drag them onto the tab.
And even then it has to convert the songs from Mp4 to mp3 format.
why is my 2 year old htc incredible able to do this but my brand new GT10.1 cannot.

iTunes = fail. Sorry, that doesn't help you but your real problem is not that you can't copy from itunes, it's that you use itunes. Use doubletwist or kies to transfer your music.

Forgot to mention, I also have a 120gb iPod. So I am not going to stop using iTunes. The majority of my music playing goes thru the iPod. But I do like to have some songs on my phone and tablet.
I've tried doubletwist. I don't like it.

[Q] iTunes Question

I currently own a bell ATRIX and was curious, if I purchase songs on iTunes can I just transfer them to my phone no questions ask?

You can use an iTunes script to help automate the process. I use Itunesmywalkman I have certain music out of my library that I want on my Android, so I make a playlist in iTunes. Once I have itunesmywalkman installed, I plug in my android to my computer and it gives me the option to sync certain playlists from iTunes to my android, and it sorts all the music to nice folders just like itunes does. My iTunes library is on OSX 10.6, and I believe this script only works for the mac environment. But I'm guessing you can use something similar for PC.
Oh, and I don't think it works if you have DRM protected iTunes files (read, older .m4p files). But if you have the newer m4a files or mp3 files, there shouldn't be an issue.

Sync Music between multiple devices

Hi! I have recently got a Nexus 7 and I was looking for an app that could sync my music between it, my Galaxy Nexus, PC and preferably also Macbook. I know I can use doubleTwist for this however I really like PowerAmp and would like to keep it as my music player. Is there any program I can use to achieve this (preferably with WiFi sync ?)
Thanks

Unfortunately I live in Malta
You could use the Foldersync app to make a "MUSIC" folder in your device sync to a cloud service like dropbox and use the dropbox apps on your mac and pc.

[Q] Moving from iTunes

Hi All,
Having moved over to an S3 from a iPhone... and leaving Apple forever... I'd like to get access to all my iTunes music. Don't care about playlists and stuff... just want the music.
Questions...
1. Is there a way of getting all the music out of iTunes and into another desktop replacement for iTunes?
2. Obviously I ultimately want to get all my music onto my S3... so bearing that in mind, what the best way of integrating my phone with a desktop music player?
Ultimately I want to completely uninstall iTunes and remove Apple from my life totally!!!
Many Thanks for your advice

I should have said, I'm in the UK... and Google Music doesn't work here. So not an option.
There must a good way of transferring all my music from iTunes to a different desktop player which will integrate with an Android device?
Many Thanks

I'm in Spain and Google Music doesn't work from here either. But that didn't stopped me finding the apk on Google and installing it on my phone. Now Google Music works as charm lol.

if you use a pc than you can use the windows media player to synchronize your phone with your local music library. since the galaxy s3 mounts as mtp device media player will recognize it when plugged in (while media player being open) and ask you if you want to sync your stuff onto it.
another method would be installing samsung kies onto your system. i think it can sync your media files to the phone as well.
if u want cable usb tranfer
winamp is ur best bet, its a bit buggy but it works.
if u want wireless tranfers. u now have 50gb+ on dropbox, buy dropsync from store.
it amazing. it only syncs what u need, do it over wifi, to save money.
Samsung Easy Phone Sync
I think this is what you're after
http://easyphonesync.com/
There is a desktop & phone app that does exactly what you need.
Recommended by Samsung when they released the S3 as a way of getting people off iphones when their main reason for not switching was "all my songs are in itunes"
I used it myself, worked perfect although depending on how much stuff yo have you may need an extra mem card:silly:
:good:

If your on windows then open the music folder and click folder properties and unhide all files. After you done that a folder called iTunes media will appear, Click it and all your songs are there.
If you're on mac then in the search preferences click unhide all files and click it, after that go to your music folder and find the iTunes media folder and drag all the music into your s3..
i use the app iSyncr from Google Play Store, it lets u sync your Playlists, albums, last played it also supports ratings and play counts.
there's also a wifi sync support.
Their is a thread possibly a sticky for moving from ITunes but it might be in SGS2 forum .

Adding Music

I've had the phone for quite some time now, I've bought music and it disappears. so now im trying to add music through my computer. i know this is a dumb question but how do you do it? how can I add music from my comp to my phone?
Should show up as HTC one as a alternate drive. Double click, open internal storage, music folder. Drivers must be installed. If not recognized, install HTC Sync.

buy iSyncr and download the app on your mac or pc ... and sync your iTunes music or playlists to your phone ... its AWESOME
Can use Play Music, upload your music library to their servers with a helper on the pc, then access it anywhere with the app, selecting the songs you'd like to keep on device.
That, or install the android phone drivers (HTC Sync being the most popular way) so that it's treated as an external storage device, and drop the music in whatever folder your music player uses (generally "Music" )
