All bootanimations that i will post below are made by me. Though i can't guarantee their originality. When an animation fits my preferences it will be added here. So this thread will be updated constantly but not periodically.
Thank you and enjoy!
All bootanimations are resized for ldpi. Don't worry , they do not look like the preview gifs.
If a Gif is not loading, right click it and open it in a new tab.
If you plan using one of this bootanimations on your rom, please give credit. To me!

Boot Animation DL : http://gamoding.blogspot.in/2016/09/android-nougat-boot-logo-and-animation.html
Boot Logo : See the attachments
Step 1 : Download the bootanimation.zip File
To get started, download the bootanimation.zip file from Android Nougat.
Download the Android Nougat boot animation (.zip)
Step 2 : Rename Your Old Boot Animation File
Don't Miss:
The Best Free File Browsers for Android
Next up, use your favorite root-enabled file browser to navigate to the /system/media folder on your device. From here, locate the existing bootanimation.zip file, then long-press it and choose "Rename" (note that if your device does not have a bootanimation.zip file in this folder, it is not supported). Next, simply add a ".bak" to the end of the file name, then press "OK."
Step 3 : Copy the New Boot Animation File & Change Permissions
From here, head to the Download folder on your SD card or internal storage partition, then select the bootanimation.zip file that you downloaded in Step 1. From here, just copy the file, then paste it into the /system/media folder.
Once you've done that, long-press the newly-copied bootanimation.zip file, then choose "Permissions." Finally, set the Owner category to "Read" and "Write," then make sure all other categories are set to just "Read."
Step 4 : Reboot & Enjoy
At this point, all that's left to do is to reboot your phone and check out the new boot animation. It's a white circle that features colored ribbons morphing around alongside it, and the animation itself is something akin to a loading circle. This new animation should be made official later this year, so you're getting an early taste of Nougat well before the rest of the public.
After digging around with EDL mode I found out that the splash screen can be very easily changed. As always I'm not responsible for anything that happens to your phone, warranty void and all that.
Requirement:
-One of the below:
1) Rooted ROM
2) TWRP
3) EDL mode setup
-Image editing software, I used GIMP
Making the splash:
1) Using GIMP or any other image editing software make your splash screen in 1440x2560 resolution.
2) Merge the layers and then flip the image horizontally, making it upside down.
3) Export as .bmp format. Turn on compatibility settings if you can any as this needs to be in BMP3 format. This may work with other formats but the stock splash.img is in BMP3. Read more here.
Example in GIMP

Installing the splash:
A) With rooted ROM or TWRP:
You will need to put the image on your phone. For this guide I'll assume it's on the sdcard named android.bmp.
1)Get into a terminal. You can do this via adb shell or using a terminal emulator on your phone. If you are using TWRP it's under Advanced for a Terminal.
2)
Code:
su
to root yourself. You don't need to do this if it's TWRP as you are already rooted.
3)
Code:
dd if=/sdcard/android.bmp of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/splash
this will write the image to your phone
Click to collapse
B) With EDL mode. This can be done without root but will void your warranty.
1) Setup EDL mode with MiFlash or the Axon 7 ToolKit.
2) Download the folder below and replace splash.img with your image. I included my splash as well as the stock US one.
3) Flash the folder. WARNING. This folder contains TWRP, Fastboot AND the splash screen. If you don't want TWRP or fastboot you can just edit "rawprogram0.xml and delete the appropriate lines.

Had a little bit of boredom and made a MOD for the theme of Custom Splash Screen. This MOD should also work for S8 and Note8. You can change now pictures without to modify and flash the bootloader (up_param.bin).
Important: The MOD only works with Exynos-8895-based devices!
[FONT="]Neither I nor XDA is responsible for any damage to your device. You're flashing at your own risk![/FONT]
[FONT="]Before you start, make a Nandroid (backup) of your system. Safe is safe![/FONT]

How to Flash
Place the zip on the internal/external memory.
boots into Recovery
then click on "install" in the TWRP
searches for the folder where the zip file was placed
and flashes it by clicking on the zip and dragging the slider to the right at the TWRP
rebooting
How do I change the boot logo in the template?
open the exynos8895_logochanger zip (with WinRar or 7zip) and replace the logo. jpg with another image of your choice
the new image must be renamed to logo. jpg again. Otherwise it won't work!
How to return to the Stock logo?
You don't like the custom logos anymore?
then just flash the zip appropriate for your device:
exynos8895_logochanger_Stock_S8 (for Galaxy S8)
exynos8895_logochanger_Stock_S8+ (for Galaxy S8+)
exynos8895_logochanger_Stock_Note8 (for Galaxy Note8)
Troubleshooting
If your hanging in a bootloop without access to twrp, please reflash the bootloader via odin. TWRP and system boots up again.
Note:
Not all images work, the best results are achieved if you just edit the stock image.
