Try flashing stock firmware using flashtool!
I updated my xperia x F5122 yesterday and now I'm stuck in a bootloop.
How do you flash stock firmware?

I installed CWM and init.d to my ray. Restarted and plug in to charge. Next time I saw that my phone turned off and charged towards offline. When I started it goes into bootloop. I boot into recovery and wipeout what I can but bootloop continues.
I reflashed 4.0.4 stock firmware with flashtool but bootloop stays. I flashed nearly all stock firmware GB and ICS but I have the bootloop.
Bootloop with both logo 'Sony Ericsson' and 'Sony' .
SEUS said I have the newest firmware. Companion repair says no available firmware for my phone.
I tried to flash GB and start SEUS but still says that I have the latest software.
I haven't got cwm, fastboot, adb. Bootloader is locked and never been unlocked. (not allowable)
Sony software support is a piece of s**t.
Flashing not resolve this problem.
What can I do ? any ideas ? I have only flashmode.
Thanks!
I'm using Ray like you and if me were you i think you should root your device and use this rom:

It helps us help you if you tell us what happens when you are trying to use the flashtool. Does the computer not see the phone? Can you just not get into flash mode? What guide are you using? The Sony tool is a bit of a pain, but it usually works. This looks like what you need: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z/general/disaster-recovery-getting-z1-zu-z-zl-to-t2229250
hi,,,i donno where i went wrong on installing rom but i think my phone is either bricked or stucked in bootloop..
i was trying to install unzomi white ROM and in aroma i selected the last option my mistake.. "odexed" ROM for more speed..
after as it instructed i reboot the system from CWM but after dat its just showing sony and black screen and again sony logo only..
i tried using pcc but its saying sony dosnt have software available for my device :'(
i tried flashing the original .ftf too...but its still the same...its been 2 days since i tried everything...
guys plz help me to unbrick it .....
waiting for replys
Download the flash tool and original ftf for your phone... and then flash everything excluding the final step verification in the flashtool.
Hope this helps because whenever my phone goes to bootloop i perform this on my xperia neo(I guess the flashtool for it supports xperia pro too!)
Can someone help me? My M4 Aqua bricked yesterday, i tried to flash a new FTF via flashtool but when i start the phone the sony logo comes followed by a black screen and returns to the sony logo.
And when i put the phone in charge it shows a green LED ( probably the Flashmode led).
Sorry for my bad english, but please help me :crying:

Awesome!!!
Hi,
next time please use the search function of this site ..
if u are in this "Xperia M4 Auqa General" -section use the "search this Forum" function, type "brick", hit enter and easily u could find a thread from 18th of September with excactly the same prob and solution!
I can't post the pictures because I'm new here. The phone keeps rebooting and only displays the Sony logo, after that the screen turns blue and the phone turns off.
You can try this guide - http://forum.xda-developers.com/m4-aqua/general/unbrick-sony-xperia-m4-aqua-t3196289 to unbrick your device mate.
@japiepapie my phone just started doing that as well, i flashed stock with flashtool but still have that blue screen once in a while, this might be hardware issue...
Same problem here. I installed stock rom with Xperia Companion and Flashboot, but the blue screen keeps appearing.
I'll try a custom rom, as my warranty is over....

After upgrading non-rooted nor flashed E2303 to Marşmelov via Xperia Companion, I get blue screen every time Xperia is attempting to boot.
It goes blue screen before asking for Android PIN/Password.
I used Xperia Companion to "repair software" and my blue screen problem is gone.
same happens here, xperia m4 aqua on any rom i have tried(official rom lollipop and marshmallow) it gives blue screen randomly and when i get it started it goes very slow, activating stamina still does the same....it all started after upgrading to marshmallow as i remember.
i have solved this issue today by reballing its emmc ic ......
