So I installed Resurrection Remix (nougat) on my moto g3 (2015)about 2months ago and it worked fine till now but now my phone keeps on restarting. While turning on it freezes on loading screen, I've tried wiping data, dalvick and cache but nothing Is fixed, I tried to format everything from twrp and did a fresh install of rom + gapps, sometimes it would stuck on reboot and sometimes in the middle of installation of rom or Gapps. I also tried to restore that I created via twrp but my phone reboots in middle of restoring. I've tried every possible way I could think and find but my phone keeps on restarting and freezing. Please help
and now if i try to flash AOSP rom via twrp it freezes in between installation and restarts.
any help?

A couple of nights ago, I accidentally let my phone die. It must have been doing something important, because I kept getting force closes on all stock apps and also apps that required root including superuser. I rebooted to see if that fixed the problem but it didn't boot up after, I figured it wouldn't be a problem and deleted my cache and dalvik and rebooted. The phone booted to the lockscreen saying "Upgrading android, Optimizing x of x applications" but I noticed that when it got to the 33rd app, it would suddenly go very fast and the phone would crash to the boot animation (not the boot logo) on "starting applications". It wouldn't boot back up until I did a hard reboot. After a while, I realized it wasn't going to fix itself and just wiped and re flashed everything. I did restore some user apps in tb and everything was fine. On the next day, i made sure that the battery didn't die but i woke up to the same force closes and bootloop when i rebooted. Tried to delete cache and dalvik again to see if i could reproduce the problem but now it wont boot past the animation at all.
Im using siyah 3.2.7.2 and my second rom (which boots fine) is Pure ics
EDIT: On 3.3.1 now, doesn't make a difference
Here's a timeline:
-Got the phone, worked fine
-Unlocked bootloader, rooted & installed TWRP
-Installed unofficial Android 7 as described here
-After a couple of days I got tired of the bugs and decided to revert to Android 6.
-Installed unbloated rom, can't remember which one
-Phone worked fine.
-After a day or so of use, I rebooted the phone, and it would not go past Sony logo (black text on white background)
Here's what I have tried, in a somewhat chronological order:
-Holding combinations of up/down/power
-wiped dalvik/cache
-reinstalled same unbloated rom
-reinstalled stock rom through Flashtool (tried android 5.0 and 6.0 roms, neither worked)
-Completely wiped OS and reinstalled stock rom- up to this point I could still boot into TWRP
-Relocked bootloader and tried repairing through PC companion (said it was successful, but the phone is still stuck on Sony logo).
This is where I am at now. Any help would be appreciated, if I can provide additional data I will.
Thanks in advance
Edit: I don't know if it is relevant, but the phone always gets really hot- at least 70 degrees, sometimes up to 90 according to TWRP.
If it's stuck on the boot logo it's alive. Can you enter recovery, wipe every single partition and then flash ftf with wiping everything including cust-reset

The thing is, I can't get into recovery through holding the vol up and power buttons. When I do, the phone just vibrates once and reboots (or if I hold it longer, it vibrates 3 times and switches off).
Should I wipe everything through TWRP? Is there a way to wipe through adb?

Hi DavidMKD,
I'd like to answer as well because I'm stucking at the same point but with an E2333.
I've wiped every single partition by TWRP and then flashed with an official ROM downloaded from xperifirm.
No changes at all.
I'm wondering it is hard issue, maybe changing the battery ?
It is true as well that the side under the back camera it's very hot when the phone start.
I didn't find any advices works. The only way to talk correctly with the phone is to flash it or root it, then any OS are unusable, in my case 5 mn max.
If I can help to have another try in your experience...
Thx in advance
Hi guys,
I think I've found a turnover to arrange everything, described in a thread :

Hope it helps

Hello,
i successfully installed twrp on my moto c.
I could install a few different roms, but everytime i start the first boot following happens.
I see the boot logo from the custom rom for a few minutes and then appears a black screen. In this black screen sometimes the clock bar appears, but nothing more happens. i waited about 10 minutes to an hour by each rom.
i used dalvik/cache clean after installation of rom, supersu, and gapps everytime.
i also wiped everything except storage and sd card before installing os
Can somebody plz help me.
I'm using Moto C plus since past 2.5 years. Last week it suddently restarted. I thought it may be an issue of main memory full. So, let it to restart. But it went on a bootloop. I had more than 2GB free in internal storage. Then I wiped cache and tried booting. It booted successfully and then after 5-10 seconds it froze again and restarted and the bootloop continues. I tried wiping all data but no luck. I tried system root integrity check which failed. I flashed stock ROM again and started phone but the same issue continued. It boots successfully, I get home screen and then after 5-10 seconds reboots.
I thought of flashing custom ROM then. I flashed TWRP. While I was flashing zips using TWRP, TWRP itself restarted randomly. I somehow flashed DotOS and Ressurection Remix with GAPPS but same issue existed.
Now I'm back on stock ROM. Sometimes it boots successfully and then after using for 5-10 minutes it randomly reboots and get stuck in a bootloop freezing on Moto logo or Lenovo logo and then restarting.
What could be the issue here? Is there a hardware problem?
Hello Respected Members,
I have a POCO F1 6gb/128gb model
I was running Pixel Experience plus A11 rom
Today While using the Device it suddenly got switched of by itself.
The problem here is When i try to switch on the device while its plugged in then it'll start but as a soon as i remove the Charger it switches off and goes into boot loop.
I thought its a batter problem but it seems that its not the case of battery because when i put it in Recovery mode it'll stay there of hrs but as soon as i try to boot into rom it goes into bootloop.
Also bootloader is also not working as whenever i try to find the device in pc with command "fastboot devices" , The device restarts itself.
I have tried Clean Flashing Another rom , Change the Recovery , formatting the whole device including internal storage and then again flashing the Rom still no use.
I am attaching logs too.
and the recovery that is used is TWRP 3.6.0_9
If someone please help I would be very grateful
thank you

I was using the latest Lineage OS with the stock kernel for POCO F1 but after switching to Optimus drunk kernel I started facing issues where my phone would turn off automatically.
But after switching to Pixel experience, It was stuck on a boot loop I couldn't even use the recovery.
after reinstalling the recovery using bootloader, I tried installing the stock kernel and lineage again. I tried factory resetting and formatting data. but it won't start again.
