Unfortunately Health has stopped - Amazfit

Hi guys
I have an error on my amaxfit peace that i don't know how to solve.
Can someone help me with a hit?
When i first started my amazfit peace i got this info message telling me that health has stopped. I thought it is something that will fix itself after first update but is not the case ...
I still get this error and the watch does not report to the phone any data at all. There is no sleep activity tracked in watch or phone, hearth rate is only displayed but no reports on phone.
I have tried so far factory defaults few time, i have unlocked the bootloader and install the firmware from here and also the latest version of the same firmware but the error is stil here

After a full watch reset (delete all data and repair), when you pair it with Amazfit app, do NOT recover previous data (you will see a prompt after you login). If it doesn't help, reset the watch again and try with a different account. Only pair the watch with the correspondent Amazfit app to you firmware version (CN or EN). Also make sure you profile details (height, weight, etc) are OK and in the correct units.

By "full watch reset" you mean factory defaults? If not can you please show me a tutorial on how to do it?
i did a factory defaults from de app interface then i updated the firmware and the watch is with that qr code for a moment then the health has stopped working info pops up ...
should i go with factory defaults install then factory defaults again?
i sow the message first time when i started the watch before pare it to the phone but i ignored it thinking is something that will fix after pare ...

Yes, it's the same as factory defaults. If the message appears even before the watch is paired, looks like a hardware issue (maybe the app cannot read a sensor, etc), but you still can try what I have suggested. As you unlocked the bootloader, you're not able to return it under warranty anyway...

The solution that has worked for me.
I have had the same problem and the following has worked for me:
1-. Download the application APK INSTALLER for AMAZFIT STRATOS
I'm still not able to place links, please copy the route and delete the spaces after https:
https: //drive.google.com/open?id=0B7WPF7w9Ns6RcnpNZG0wQVRCdGM
2-.Connect the smartwatch to the PC and wait for it to be recognized by the application
Remember that you must have installed all the drivers and the device to be recognized as adb device composite
3-.In the settings section choose fix assoc and wait for the process to finish.
With this I have solved the problem, I hope it helps you.

I don't think the above has anything to do with the problem... First, why not link to the official ApkInstaller website? Second, AFAIK "fix assoc" only affects association of APK files with APKInstaller on PC.

I have looked for how to solve the problem and after entering several things, doing that is the only thing that has worked for me, I have taken the @jfulgen blog link, following the tutorial to install applications, I have put it for more ease, you can download the application from the official site if you wish.
Health has not stopped again and the clock synchronizes smoothly with the clock.
The things that I tried without result were:
1-.Install custom Roms to my stratos A1609(it did not work)
2-.Factory reset from the clock, as well as from the @saratoga application.(it did not work)
3-.Return to the frimwaer stock with the rom of Nicola Sagliano(it did not work)
I do not know what the Fix assoc will do, but it is the only thing that has worked for me.
The amazfit stratos, I received it on April 6 and from the first moment I present the problem, even with the factory rom in Chinese.
I am currently in using pacificator project Based on the China Stock ROM 2.0.13.0.

I am having the same problem, but I was able to connect and the heart rate sensor worked briefly (one pulse reading) and then it gave the same error as OP. Please help

I just received my Stratos today and I'm having the same issue. So frustrating that I'll need to send it back.

On my stratos 3, I was on firmware 4.2.8, I downgraded to 4.2.5 and then had this problem of "unfortunately, Health has stopped".
A factory reset solved the problem.
