Seems like many features such as night mode, fingerprint gestures are missing still as it in BETA version.
Other-than that, the ROM is running smoothly.

Any Bugs identified. All in working condition.. Can I flash ??
Will it work without applying radio update after flashing ROM on x720? Or radio update is must?
I flashed it. It is very smooth and looks nice. Is there a way to turn off the time in the status bar from acting like a power button? I keep pressing it each time I swipe down for notification lol.

Hi, I flashed this rom on my LEX720, it's pretty good so far no issue. You need to flash the update radio as well, if not sim not detect I think.
Fast, good battery life, some enhancements from last Steve rom I think, just been few days using it, thanks you.

I downloaded the MIUI 10 8.11.15 pie recovery rom from the MIUI rom download site. When i choose select package from updater and try to install it, i get the error, couldn't verify the package. Android version is different. What can I do to install this rom without losing my internal storage? I couldn't post an image or the site link from where i downloaded the image because xda won't allow me to. I need 10 threads before i can.

Yes. The apps and data was there. First i downloaded the 8.10.25 beta based on android oreo and installed through the updater. Then i went to the updater in the new beta rom and did an update check. It gave me an update to 8.11.25. All that was remaining was to download the 8.11.25 update and the updater took care of the rest.
Still, if anything goes wrong, a backup won't hurt. I didn't need it but I still made a backup before going through the process.

Is there a guide/tutorial for adding emoji support for GTS. I came across multiple videos on youtube which shows GTS with emoji support but not sure how to flash the font file(bin).
Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=22AHbK_rGLI
It has english guide in the video
Unlucky, it doesn't work for me.
It supposed I have the Amazfit GTS International Version (v08.7) and Notify & Fitness Pro 8.16.18.
When I install the new font (reach 100% complete), appears a message in the screen of my watch: "Please open the app and select "check for updates" on the watch device page to continue update.".
I can't clear this message unless I use the official Amazfit app and then reinstalled the original fonts.
Tried with also the other 2 alternative methods that Notify & Fitness app offers and the v2 update font also.
Have the seem problem

You have the firmware with fonts v11 or v12? You can see it in Notify app. If the fonts are 12 it's ok, flash the emoji fonts and use AeX without open the official Amazfit anymore. If your fonts are 11, you flashed the wrong firmware, use the zip with the name i posted earlier (ft_12 in the filename ).

Yes, you will go to everything stock.
If you want the emoji font, you can't install the 40 version, because it has the v11 font.
I think it's a beta firmware, if you want to try you can, but I don't recommend it.

I ordered the Z5 Pro GT from AliExpress. It was really cheap. It took over a month to get here. After saying it was stuck in Heathrow for almost 15 days, it turned up. Oh, it was also apparently £43 ( according to customs note). I bought the 128GB model but was sent the 256 for free.
I turned it on and the first thing it says was the bootloader was unlocked.
So there was no updates and it had a half cooked global rom.
I wanted the updates so I downloaded the CN rom and flashed it appropriately. Locked the bootloader.
I immediately updated it to zui 11... However testing it, it was not a play certified device. Hmmm. Not good., But for what ever reason it now had band 20. !?!?!?!
I wanted to unlock the bootloader but couldn't manage to work out how.
Finally worked out (from a Russian site) leave the Sim in for a few hours then apply from the zui bootloader unlock site.
Unlocked it used twrp and magisk. But no updates.
(I have heard if you load 10.5 and don't search for updates it will prompt you and you can do it even if unlocked)
I relocked the bootloader
I flashed 10.5 CN zui back on and it was play certified. Works a treat. Don't really want to update unless I know it is certified. It's only a fairly new update. So hopefully Google will certify it soon.
Let me know if you have one or would like to know how to do something.
Great phone. Fast - decent pics from the camera and does most of what I need.
It has nfc and works with google pay, but needs zui 11 to have band 20... Still don't understand that.
Bluetooth works well and no dropouts. I don't play games on it but it's quick.
Screen fingerprint reader works well... Except if you have a standard glass screen protector.
Worth the price ... Very much so.

Bluetooth works well and no dropouts. I don't play games on it but it's quick.
Screen fingerprint reader works well... Except if you have a standard glass screen protector.
Worth the price ... Very much so.

Hey! Same here, was sent an upgraded version of what I paid for and was lucky enough to dodge customs.
Same crap global rom that scored under 300k on Antutu. Flashed the official straight away and updated to which ZUI 11 scores an amazing 430k !
Couldn't be happier but you got me wondering.. To what extent should we be worried about not being Play certified on ZUI11 ? Google Play is working as it should so far, it even auto updates the apps.
Did Google Pay work for you on ZUI11 ?
I intend to make it my main phone soon but would need google pay to work.

I have got Google pay working on zui 11.
I spent a few hours unlocking the boot loader, loading magisk, rooting and spoofing the play certification through. It's a bit of a faff but you can get it to work. Google play certification now thinks I have a mi mix3. LOADING ALLLLLLL MY APPS again was annoying but you have to do what you have to do. If it is your daily and you don't mind messing with build info magisk etc, you can get it up and running.

Try that. It is fairly easy if you have magisk installed. Not SU. After I followed that (Google translated from Russian ) Google pay, Netflix and everything else worked fine.
You might have to Google a couple of the files in the post but if you type the name exactly as it is then you will find them quickly.
Hope that helps.

You said you ran into problems with the bootloader.. I'm experiencing some too. It says I'm putting down the wrong IMEI1.
Was this the same thing that happened to you ? is it just a matter of leaving the sim in for a few hours?

Yes. Put your sim in. Load your apn for your service provider to get internet. Turn off WiFi. I left mine overnight and it worked.

All good so far. Thanks for the guidance!
Did you also flash the Canary version of Magisk ? I've ran a few searches to find out why this one over the original version but can't find a reason..
Attached.
This is the version I used. Let me know if you need anything else

Right now I'm on ZUI 11, unlocked bootloader, magisk root and certified.
Order in which I've done it
1- clean stock install of zui 10
2- locked bootloader
3- update to zui11
4- unlocked bootloader
5- twrp and magisk
6- certification
7- google play
now for some reason I can't install Netflix from the google play store, it says my device is not compatible. Did you install netflix before updating to zui11 ?
Play store just closes by itself when it feels like, does the same happen to you?
It sounds like it hasn't certified the device.
Have you followed the steps for spoofing the ID?
Once you update to 11 it's no longer certified
Go to magisk
Safetynet check
Cts profile true
Basicintegrity true
If it says that, clear cache and data from the play store, and make sure that it's hidden under magisk hide... Also hide Google play services.
You should see Netflix when look for it now.

Download speed is very slow, 30min left and the big question.
Can i flash this o my global version of Mi Note 10? (locked bootloader - 3 day left to unlock) Will not brick my phone ?
How to install MIUI 12 onto Xiaomi devices?
Download the MIUI 12 OTA update or Recovery zip file from above.
Transfer the update zip to phone storage in the root directory. Meaning, outside every folder. If that doesn’t work, place the file in the folder ‘download_rom’.
Launch the updater app on your Xioami phone. Or go to settings > about phone > system updates.
Click on three dots on the top right corner and choose “Choose Update package”
If “Choose Update package” option desn’t show up, tap on the MIUI icon several times and check again.
Select the MIUI 12 ROM package from phone storage.
Your phone should reboot and update process will begin.
Once done, reboot to system.
Note: Don’t stop the update once started. If stopped, you will need to do the operation again right from downloading the firmware file again. This will not erase any data in your phone.
Not sure if we need some kind of Beta tester account to use that ? I will se

Does this include all the new features? I read somewhere Else that only high end devices Will get the full features of miui 12. The list is this. Might be real? what do you think?
Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro
Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition (Mi 10 Lite)
Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro 5G
Xiaomi Mi 9
Xiaomi Mi Mix 3
Xiaomi Mi 8
Xiaomi Mi 8 Explorer Edition (Mi 8 Pro)
Redmi K30 Pro
Redmi K20 Pro (Mi 9T Pro)
As you see, no CC9 pro /note 10 in this list, so... Will we get all the new features?

How's it going. Were you on global ROM before the update? Any noticed improvements on MIUI 12 ? I'm going to try the update today but I won't bother if it's not worth it. Installing banking apps and other apps again is looooooooong.
Installation Update: You need a custom TWRP recovery installed on your Android device to flash the above MIUI 12 ROMS.

some times it will lock stupidly but just turn the screen off and on again to be able to resume its functions another bug that you will find is that of the contacts will not allow you to import the contacts from your Google mail so before switching to the MIUI 12 version a VFC file in which you will have saved all your contacts and download it to Google Drive so that you can recover it later

also there are other small bugs that will probably be solved on the 3rd one of which is the use of the magisk to get root permissions when I installed it Automatically the operating system crashes

On the other hand, fingerprint and go back to working perfectly And if it is not pleasant to deal with an operating system that speaks only English or Chinese Anyway you can adapt Also I advise you to immediately download the Google keyboard and if possible add to the language of our country so that you have absolutely no translation problems

Can you tell us more abou the control center? How do you open? Is it instead of quick toggles? Anything else? Any customization?
You can send a video.
Installed fine, it can be used on daily basis.
Worked just fine with Magisk 20.4.
Installed Google Services using the MIUI Store itself, with that little trick.
Thanks a lot!
So, you use a custom recovery... Like i referred in the article
