I ran
Code:
adb shell wm overscan 0,80,0,0
But in some apps like whatsapp or my launcher it creates an additional border that I don't want. Is there anything I can do against it? In the attaches screenshot it's black.

Additionally, is there any way to change the color of the overscan? I would like it to be black all the time, not have the color of my notification bar.
Last but not least, swiping down for my notifications stopped working. Any fix for that? I'm also ok with using other ways to achieve what I want.

This might be a stupid question, but does the LG V10 have the ability to use notification LEDs? I see menu settings for them inside of the Nova Launcher, however, when they are changed the settings do not seem to take effect.

Found the Solution?
For the second time now, I have encountered a bug on my phone that causes the navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen to suddenly stretch out.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
For now, I have been able to work around it by switching between having three navigation buttons and using gestures in the settings to fix it.
Attached below is a screenshot of what it looks like.

I do not mean changing the wallpaper. I am on the dark mode and I find the light mode a bit glary. Is there a way to change the background another color like not black but maybe a green or blue, etc?
You should be able to set any wallpaper you want. Or use the below apps to generate your own. They may not install on Android 11 and higher, if so get the newer version on Playstore.
