Its doubtful.. Right now at this time its only the business customer side of cingular that has changed their name to ATT. The residential customer side is still cingular and has not changed branding yet, they are still crying about the amount of money its going to take to re-brand..
The ROMs are AKU3.3

thats a very good possibility
Awesome news, but...Im wondering something. What benefits do you get with a 3.X AKU compared to our 2.X AKU right now?
Faster response
More stability
WPA2 wifi support
new BT stacks
and a few more things. Comparing the jump from AKU2.3 to AKU3.5 from the Mio, applications and the PDA itself where MUCH faster. it was easily visable.
Theres other things too, but the speed, stability and also bug fixing makes it worthwile. for me though, WPA2 is a MASSIVE thing as every network i access now incorporates it, and i cant use wifi in these places now.

New ROM with AKU 3
I just read on www.pocketinfo.nl (http://www.pocketinfo.nl/artikel/7226/htc-tytn-krijgt-aku3-update-en-crossbow-update-lekt-uit.html) an article in Dutch mentioning the outcoming of the new official rom with aku3 at the end of january.
The article:

Wonder what devices are preinstall with WM6
Here are all the spec of the AKU 3 see this http://msmobiles.com/news.php/5857.html and the thing most important of AKU 3 is the selection of the language OS... I will finally have my TYTN in Italian language!!!

Translation:
The HTC TyTN, also known as the HTC Hermes, is getting a rom-update to AKU3. HTC Europe will provide the update on the support section of the european HTC website from the end of january. Besides the extra features of AKU3 it should also fix the known problems with the HTC TyTN. Good news, except for people who bought a TyTN-variant from their operator, like T-Mobile. It's still uncertain if the update will be available for these models. They can however install the official HTC ROM-update, but will lose their waranty in the process.

Friends, don´t get too exited. One website quotes the other, and so on...there is no official news on the content of any future ROM update. And HTC is not interested in providing AKU updates unless serious problems can be solved. Learn from HTC experience... Remember HTC has to pay license fees on a per-machine-basis...

Thanks for your answer but I've found another way to debrand it for free with a tutorial of lollylost100 on esato's forum
The tutorial is in that link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=709000.

omnius-server
for Debrand X10 Mini and x10
Why is Omnius the best for you? All operations are for free!
You don't need any card, dongle or box
Very simple and user-friendly GUI
You can perform many parallel operations
Just register and use the software
You can use your existing Supreme Credit Account.

Listen, note your mms, wap and internet settings first and also any contacts specific to your network. Then should be fine to debrand.

I have an SE u20i, i bought it 2nd hand and it worked when i bought it and i've put the pattern in 2 many times. My mate showed me log in pattern at time of purchase; which i did several times put it in my pocket and left the rest till morning, i woke up hungover as we were out on a leaving do for some mates now other blokes details set for security questions. email/ mothers maiden name. I'm ****ed and he's in the army and he's over 'there' for several months. I'm out of pocket a good few quid with no way of contacting him. Because of the nature of his job i cannot contact him and do not know where he's posted. I can unlock A1/A2 phones and anything up to and including DB2020, just starting to look at DB31xx. But i'm ****ed with this and i was doing this for my daughter. Could someone please help point me in the direction of any software links, tutorials, firmwares and other relevant info to get me out this whole. I gave the guy £90 for this phone and it was meant for my daughter. Can't really afford another £30 at shop which is what 1 cheeky f^^^&* quoted. I know these new phones are complicated but i would imagine as it's Android there should be a way round, i've put other sim cards in and there's a signal so it's not blocked, just locked. SORRY for the lon winded post just don't want people thinking i'm playing with naughty phones. I'm an I.T consultant and work in many areas but mobile modding/flashing is more of a new interest and my learning curve is only at it's infancy. Thank you in advance.
Have you tried to update / repaire with SEUS? If you choose not to back your contacts/messages/settings up, then I believe everything will be deleted when the ROM is (re)installed.
Download SEUS from SE site. Take the battery out to turn the phone off. Start SEUS and follow the instructions.

Hi
I'm probably going to buy a Xperia Neo V next month (I have a X8 at the moment) but I have some doubts, if someone could answer them I'd thank.
I was wondering if you have a good forum and developers support?
If the phone has some major problem or something like that; what's the best rom you have now, just so I take a look; and that's it.
Thanks in advance, and pardon me for my english if I wrote something incorrect x)

Here there are many people working to get more support and also ROMS, and more people working for ICS to be functional. The ROM is the most functional 2.3.4. But I'm with ICS, say, everything working.
Aqui tem muita gente trabalhando para obtermos mais suporte e também ROMS, e mais gente trabalhando para o ICS ficar funcional. A ROM mais funcional é a 2.3.4. Mas já estou com ICS, vamos dizer, tudo funcionando.
I'd say, get the Xperia U next month. Better specs, longer updates and almost the same price.
We are indeed trying to get the best forum for development. Search, read ... and use better title. Thread closed
A recent post on the Sony France website seems to state that the US and Japan will be getting ICS by the end of the week.
I say 'seems to' because I'm really trusting Google Translate on this one. Here's the response from a 'Sony Staff' member.
"Hi all,
The update to ICS will soon be available for your Sony Tablet S (or P).
But we have no official date, but know that this same update will take place this week (Thursday and Friday) in Japan and the United States. If it goes smoothly, Europe will benefit within 15 days thereafter.
Again, we will keep you informed!
Cdlt,
Fabian
Sony France"
Is it really possible? Is the wait almost over?
*can't post link, haven't got enough posts! sorry for messing up the system but want people to find it so...
sony*DOT*fr/discussions/thread/143766
Well, that would pretty much be their last chance to make it by the end of April huh? Except for Monday.
Yes indeed, but it's nice to apparently have a concrete "it'll be here within the next few days", and not just in Japan.
This is very good news, thanks for posting it here.
Great. I've been waiting for this since forever
Thanks for the sharing i'm also searching allot and with no luck after march 22
so this was a relieve +1

Can I set my tablet to the us region? I'm in Europe and don't want to wait. Do I have to use the all in one tool for that or is there a easier way?
Gesendet von meinem Sony Tablet S mit Tapatalk 2
That may be possible but i think that not all languages will be included thats a choice you have to make because once updated you need to downgrade your device if your language is supported by the europe update and there is a change that it would not be reverseable so then you are stuck in english firmware until you can flash roms,
I am sorry if i say something stupid, i just think that this is the way it is.

Hi Guys,
Seems there WAS (is) another update for the europe market....for a V790 !!!
It is on the same link where B09 was namely Spain, HongKong etc....
Think they are messing things up pretty BAD !
It's all over ZTE support.
Really weird...
EDIT : and now it's gone ! They have read my thread
EDIT2 : one thing has changed though : they have changed all the support for europe to B09. Before you could find a B09,B08,B05...spread all over the place. Now this have been updated...
EDIT3 : And now the AXON7 open market leads you to the AXON7 mini :cyclops::cyclops::cyclops:
Let's be honest : if ZTE wants to update their site, let's do this offline and put the site online if you're done....man....
Yes, they are updating the site, it will be fixed, there are some updates coming soon.
