Daydream VR section in Playstore - Google Daydream VR

Is there such a section? Most of the apps I see are for Cardboard. Just picked up the Daydream and wanted to get some good Demo apps.

[Request] MOD forCircled Cornered apps like iOS

i havent seen anything anything like this yet, except a bad job of it in miui because they rounded the status bar which is black so the apps only look rounded at the bottom. If you want to know what i mean by this request look at the facebook app before you log in at how the apps corners are rounded, or look at iPhone apps. I personally find this very attractive in a phone. So if any developers want a challenge, or if its already done, then could someone guide me to the thread saying how to do it?
Thanks
UPDATE: i actually found an app that lets me do this, here's the Play store link if you want to try it out https://play.google.com/store/apps/...sImNvbS50b3J0dWFwLnJvdW5kY29ybmVycy50cmlhbCJd
Heres an attachment of a picture so you know what i mean.

It sounds as if they would have to take apart the apk's and round off the edges of all the pngs... :/

Maybe not though, since miui does a half job at this corner rounding everywhere in the ROM even though the apps were not meant to be rounded.
YES

[Xposed][2.2+] MinMinHide v0.2.0

Introduction
MinMinHide can prevent specific apps from being seen by the other apps(including launchers). Unlike other modules that hook into launchers to hide apps from launchers, MinMinHide directly hooks into the PackageManagerService to intercept the APIs querying installed apps. So MinMinHide can be used to hide apps from launcher, prevent games detecting cheating apps...etc.

Great! Thanks
Not works
Seem like a great app but it hides apps from everything including xposed modules from xposed itself.. Any way to choose what to be hidden from?

If that is implemented, can MinMinHide work as a disguise of non-rooted device by hiding Supersu?
I tried RootCloak for that purpose, but it is not effective for many of banking apps..

They check for many "root-related" things. And probably using native code.
Pretty cool!
Can you see about hiding system apps?

Sure, it's easy. I will make a switch in the next version.
@FatMinMin does it support gingebread? if not will u add support for it plz?
Installed version 0.1.1.
Worked at start.
Then the module itself gone missing.
Neither in installed apps nor in Xposed.
And hidden icons also gone.

Is it possible to hide an app from being seen by only one certain app? For example, hide "app-x" from being seen by " "app-z" but app-x can still be seen by everything else.

This is what I'd had hoped this app would be I mean all the "hacks" for games an everything from apps not working together
Looks like this will be a great app after additional features are added
The only thing I can see so far is that hidden apps still show up in the play store's "list of installed apps"
Is it possible to hide them from there too?
Otherwise, keep up the good work
(I am on 5.0.2 Lolipop, running an LG G2.)

Yea, if you have Titanium Backup, you can go to an app's "Special features" tab and under the "Play Store/Market" sub-category you can choose "Detach from market." It somewhat works..haven't messed with it in awhile, and it's a little bit buggy(apps re-appear in the list of installed apps in the play store every so often), but it does work. Hope this helps ya! :good:

Thanks for the fast reply
I'm guessing this means you don't plan on adding the feature sometime in the future?
Titanium backup solution works, but I'd prefer if I didn't have to use it, one because of the chance of it not working, and because that's the only reason I have titanium backup installed now xD
I ticked an app to try the module, then left the app, even rebooted but the ticked app is still shown in the launcher (SlimLauncher) and the 'apps' menu in the system settings. So I guess I can say it doesn't work
Can I provide logs or something? Didn't see anything in the xposed logs but maybe I just didn't look closely enough.

v0.2 is out. You can choose what to be hidden from now. But if you want to hide from system apps, you have to hide it from "all system apps" together.

Samsung i9505 Google search icon issue

Good day, all! I did not find any suggestion on my issue via search, unfortunately.
I just rooted my phone (i9505) some days ago, then I bought Greenify app. After that I noticed that Google search icon in recent applications menu (long press on Home Button) was replaced with big magnifier icon which does not affect usability, but affects the appearance much.
Do anyone have a decision on how could I fix this issue?
Thank you in advance.
PS.
Forum forbids me to post any link in my message, so screenshot could be found in my profile Issues album.

Highly unlikely Greenify had anything to do with changes you are seeing. Need to broaden your search to general Google updates and those specific to your device. Failing that you may want to looking into Xposed Framework and modules like gravitybox that permit broad customization of functionality and eye candy.

Thanks for your answer! I noticed that Greenify really add itself to this menu in the role of search application ( S Voice and Google Now also could be found there). As soon as I appointed Google Now as default search app everything returned to their places.

Wow, thanks for detailing your findings. I never considered that angle which provides a clear explanation. Hadn't viewed Greenify as a generic search tool outside the app itself. Something to watch for.

I just want to add that it does not provide any search functions, it just introduce itself to system as generic search tool to add own Hybernation+ icon to this menu.
What @Kitocat means to say is that the Greenify shortcut for hibernation appears as one of the options on long pressing the home button. This can be eliminated from within the Greenify App if necessary. No search function though.

Discussion for BoredSigns — Custom SignBoard Widgets

Ever wish that LG had given the V10/V20 more widgets in the second screen? Well, wish no more! BoredSigns adds many more widgets to your SignBoard (get it? SignBoard --> BoredSigns?), ones you may need and ones you may not.
The best part about BoredSigns? It doesn't need root! That's right; you can get some brand new widgets on your completely Stock V10 or V20. In the future, ADB may be necessary for certain widgets, but right now, you don't need your computer at all.
Current widgets:
— Information
— Weather
— Image
— Navigation Bar
This app is open source! If you aren't willing to pay $0.99 to buy it, feel free to build it for yourself. I only ask that it not be re-distributed without substantial modifications (i.e. more than changing the theme and name).

I bought it in the play store (I want to support any development for the 2nd screen).
I have to thank you just for the simple fact that at first, I didn't know how to run it... so I went into the 2nd screen options. I had no idea that I had other widgets that I could run. I never thought to tap the "..." on "Show when main screen on" so I have been stuck with the basic options this whole time. Worth my $1.05 right there.
So, after using it for a few minutes, I noticed the persistent notification for BoredSigns, so I long-pressed it and turned off all notifications. Will this negatively affect the operation of the app? I did notice that when I swiped my notification shade down, or when switching between widgets, the 2nd screen options would come on, so I restarted the phone. It doesn't seem to be doing that anymore, but I did have to toggle weather on and off a few times to get a real location and not 100*F in Philadelphia.
Bonus question... where can I find out more about the "yet unreleased AOSP implementation of the 2nd screen?"
Found the perfect image for the second screen a mod one of the best football team in the world...perfect fit and color !
Happy user here....thank you again for this :highfive:
So someone suggested I do a navigation bar widget. After lots of Java reflection (the actual tool, not thinking about my life with Java), I went with a simple Accessibility Service.
Because of that, these functions will be available:
- Back
- Home
- Recents
- Split Screen
- Power
- QS Pulldown
- Notification Pulldown
If there are any other (simple) buttons you might want, suggest them. I'll add them in if I can.
Here's what it looks like right now:

Question Auto expand notifications?

Is there a way to auto expand notifications on the notification shade of the S23U? This is a question that gets asked with every new Samsung phone release since at least the N10 without a satisfactory answer.

Yeah that's what I'm experiencing too
I know what you're looking for but don't think there is a native function for OneUI (or most other phones for that matter)
I recall the only way to do this in the past was a custom ROM or (at the time) it was either xposed or magisk, can't remember.
