No sir read it properly he is saying " choice is urs if u want my service " he clearly says his option is better and cheap and he wants money for his service.

i have problem with chat software (SKOUT) they blocked me i don't know why i try to email him many times they give me application form to fill it i fill it many times but still there is no reply from their side since 6 month ago.
i try to root my device change to custom rom use another Gmail account but still same problem i don't know maybe they blocked me from my IMEI.
so kindly if you have any information how i can unblock my account please help me.

Maybe i agree with you but i think it is good to find the solution and the procedure which they used to block.

If they block you then there is no way to get around it. They could be using your device ID to block you so you would need another device and a new email addy to use the service.

well i am blocked out of another app where if i can change the ID it will work again
this topic is old but i searched first(like everybody ALWAYS tell people to do) and this was similiar(instead of changning the ID to access skout, i need to change it to access s_______ )

changing ID is 1 of the many things you can do when your phone is rooted
and rooting isnt "illegal" or "banned" on here
Changing the IMEI is illegal in many countries and In so falls under the don't get us in trouble rule.
Changing the IMEI talks and tuts have always been banned on XDA and always will be.

If it's free, if you can download the apk and if it doesn't have any specific licence restriction (which it won't if it's freely available on the Play Store), then it's all good.

Well if its against the rules then just lock it but what I was asking when u download the app you have so many coins and you get more by liking pictures but u can only like so many so I was asking if someone knows are can tell me how to modify it like u do on game killer. Or freedom but that doesn't work at all.
