My question regards the changing of the weather app/icon on home screen(not the widget).
Short said it doesn't change.
When I go into the app I sometimes need to manually refresh or is saids updated xx minutes ago.
So far I cleared cache, forced stop, restart, cache wiped but to no result. It seems that the app update is working but the weather app isn't changing (it normally shows ☀ ?....but stays the same on my P20)
Anyone same problem.
Reset the phone?
Maybe allow the weather app to background refresh.
Settings>Apps>Apps>Settings>Special Access>Ignore Battery Optimization
I added all the apps that I want notification from or auto refresh.

Thanks, I didn't see weather app in that list.
How do you add an app in there? Is that possible?

Then I will perform a factory reset.
Hey the exact same thing is happening to me since yesterday, I did nothing special to my phone and even restoring a backup did nothing!!!!
Weather refuses to update ?

Disabling my Wifi and enabling it again fixed the issue..... ?

I'm rooted, deodexed, and with adws launcher. I just recently flashed the arctic blue theme and realized that my settings from the menu won't show up. When I hit the menu button, then settings, it doesn't do anything or launch the settings. Also when I look in the app list the settings app isn't there. Anything I could do about this? I tried flashing a different theme but that didnt work either. Thanks in advance

alright just went through my titanium backup and seen that somehow it was taken out but backed up. when i hit restore though i hit restore app+data or just app but it takes forever and doesnt restore it seems like. what can i do about that?

It was the theme, it happened to me as well. BUt he did post a fix for it last night i believe!!!
Anyone know how can I get rid of this annoying red bar?
It is removed when I restart my phone but comes back up again when I make a call.
I've got same problem, it happened yesterday and I'm pretty sure it has something to do with one of the app updates as I didn't install any now app in last couple of days. Any ideas?

ok I found it, in my case it's Go Locker if you using same software try to reinstall the app it should work

I'm having the same problem I am on .108 rooted. I am working through my exposed modules one by one to see if any of them are to blame.
Got the same problem on .314 rooted. First time i see this, was after installed the home apk from the Z3. Maybe this could be the problem.?

The only setting that I could find is in GravityBox [KK] under "Miscellaneous tweaks": Adjust bottom margin, however it doesn't have any effect. The other settings work fine.
It may have something to do with the recent update to GravityBox, 3.4.3, "Recents panel: statusbar/navbar always translucent by default (no option)". Perhaps the Xperia smallapps bar relies upon an opaque navbar?

Uninstalling GravityBox [KK] 3.4.3 and reinstalling 3.4.2 fixed the issue!

Finally we can have some constructive feedback on this Rom and how it stands compared to others from this forum. Anyone tested it yet and willing to share experience. Also what is the difference between encrypted and normal rom?

Just control exposer +1 or +2 in setting,and you are done with enough brightness. In stock camera of this rom.And footej camera works well too.
Gps bug is still there, when i tried to access weather with AccuWeather it's always reboot..
Without Gapps, camera recording is not working, it also make a reboot when you try to record with camera. If you didn't install Gapps.

I changed my weather provider from AccuWeather to Yahoo Weather Provider and it's work well without rebooting..

If you use google,You don't need a weather provider.A weather widget is already available in google search app.
I like old style CM weather widget..

I you guys found reboot experiences after opening any apps, just go to setting > privacy > privacy guard. In advance menu just disable location access for any apps that causing a reboot. It solved reboot problem for me..
I tested this rom yesterday. I used the encrypted version.
- GPS not working at all
- Mobile network restart every 2 min. incl. entering simpin.
After that I tested RR and Bliss again - there everything works - must be a problem with this rom.

the GTS is quiet nice, but the need of updating weather manually threw the app is just stupid. I would like to have an automatically way to update weather for example every hour. Do you have an idea how to do this? Somehow it doesn't work yet with tasker, but i just started with tasker.

Use AeX (https://myamazfit.ru/threads/aex-amazfit-extended-modifikacija-amazfit.1164/) as it brings amazing features to the app like selecting weather provider, auto weather update, sync to google fit, custom font emojis etc

Weather doesn't work with AeX. There is no weather information shown. Unfortenaly the support is russian only. Is there anybody who knows how it works?
