@HardStyl3r A breath of fresh air to bring life back to the D855. Thanks for stepping up to the mark. One question - are the trees etc yours or did you carry anything over from the previous maintainer ? I just wondered if we were getting a completely new and fresh build. Welcome to the madhouse by the way

FAQ:
1.) What to do if My Phone got bootloop or not booting ??
You have changed vendor, or modified vendor(not stock), OpenKirin vendor will never ever work,, so get Pure stock vendor of your device... it will work for sure... if still not, change you data filesystem...
2.) What to do if my SIMs are not working ??
Go to Extras, disable dual sim, reboot phone,, now read carefully,,
1. Install hex editor app from playstore
2. Make sure you have file explorer with root privileges
3. Open hex editor and find modem,id file on this location root/sys/firmware/devicetree/base/hisi,modem_id and open it.
4. Write down all numbers in first row
5. Then go to root/system/vendor and find phone.prop and open it with text editor.
6. Find your modem id by using search and type 0x3xxxxxx where X is your number from hex reader
7. Then make it look like this:
3.) What to do if my SafetyNet is not passed ??
Update Magisk to latest beta version, tick Magisk Hide and enable usb debugging...

Same on my LS 990. Clean install. Stuck on boot.
In LoS and AOSP vv , maybe must be format internal memory ?
Yes , after DL , no booted.
This one doesn't boot on d855 at all. After the set up it remains on the G logo loading for ever
If the build doesn't look like booting up, it's because I released the wrong series of build with audio HAL issue I already fixed. it may take some time for me to rebuild all five roms but I'll try to do it as fast as I can. Sorry for that.
Sent from my Galaxy S8+ using XDA Labs
Same problem on the VS985, clean install, all looks good but stops on the splash screen. Tried several times waiting up to a half hour at one point. Really came out running! Many releases with one I've never seen? Go get em, great contribution to our phones! Thank you.

Resurrection Remix the ROM has been based on LineageOS, SlimRoms, Omni and original Remix ROM builds, this creates an awesome
combination of performance, customization, power and the most new features, brought directly to your Device.
Many things that in previous versions were tweaked with mods, are now included by default in the ROM so, please enjoy!
Special thanks to the LineageOS team, Omni team, SlimRoms and of course to all the supporters.

i have installed this Rom and i like the smoothness, but when calls are coming in, i can only hear the ringing tone but no call display or menu to allow me answer my calls. i don't know if its a bug, but i hope you have a look at that, apart from that so far so good

I flash the August 18 released Build of RR Rom, it doesnt boot, it enters into download mode after going through the flashing process, i have tried this 5 times carefully following the installation guide, but it doesn't boot.
is anybody here experiencing the same problem as me?, anyway my thanks to you, " raghuvarma" for the Rom
Just installed this a few days ago. The build is stable, not a single crash so far, battery backup is good, and RAM usage is also less than some other ROMs. It works well
One thing I noticed is that the camera doesn't seem to work properly. The first time you launch any camera app after a boot, it will work normally. But in subsequent launches, either brightness of the image is way too low, or colors are messed up. Attaching such a picture below, taken on GCam. Also, the issue seemed to go away when I installed paul89rulez's DFKReborn for PL2 kernel.
New observation: The wifi signal strength is consistently low across networks; in places where strength was earlier okay, now strength is very low or absent. In other words, network speed is the same, but range is lower. I waited for a few days to see if it was just a bad day, but now I can confirm that the problem is not of the access point, because other devices at home are unaffected.
But to emphasise again, this is a very good ROM, I hope development continues:good:
