I'm wondering if I replace my US version SIM tray with the international sim tray, will I be able to US an SD card?? Does anybody know if this will work?

Hello everyone,
i could take this phone as an upgrade with my current plan, however it is of course single sim.
In EU there are any differences in the hardware between single sim and dual sim (other than the sim tray slot)?
Thanks

I wish it was that simple, could use that functionality tbh... Unfortunately you can not convert a single sim card phone into a dual sim card.
This is because the phone lacks the necessary connections/hardware internally for dual sim card support.
That's the M5 8.4 Chinese version with GSM / UMTS / LTE.
No official info in specs, but looking at photos of spare parts, it looks like the tray is dual sim.
If anyone could clarify.
Thanks.
SIM and sdcard
Does dual definitely not work? Some that are officially SIM & SD also work as SIM & SIM (especially with Huawei).
no. i already try it. just one sim works
Thanks.
Hi guys
i bought a G965N phone from korea with 256gb as internal memory but i was surprised that it had only one sim card .so is there any idea about how to use 2 sim cards with this phone.
thx
It is a single sim phone, a single sim phone can't run 2 sims, is that not logical?
I am coming from a Oneplus 7 Pro T-Mobile, which I had unlocked and got a dual sim tray. Does anyone know if there are specific variants that support dual sim, or is just as easy as unlocking and switching out the sim tray?
I have the sm-G991Gu1 that I ordered from samsung in the US. Currently using it with a tmo aim card.
I've read that all s21 models are dual sim. Is this true? Can I put in another sim card from my European carrier and use it when traveling etc? (not esim).

Hi
I think your model 1 sim only , you can double check under settings / about phone if you have 1 or two Imei, also your sim try has one or two slots?
