Has anyone found any solution for hard-bricked devices? By "hard-bricked" meaning devices whose screen doesn't turn on anymore but still detectable via bluetooth when trying to connect to phone.

My AMAZFIT BIP has an issue with GPS: after several automatic A-GPS updates, the GPS doesn't work anymore.
I installed a mod firmware and it started again to work fine until it received a couple of automatic A-GPS updates.
I'm wondering if a firmware that doesn't allow the automatic A-GPS update might resolve my problem! is there a firmware like this somewhere?
Are there any other solutions to this problem beside the mod firmware?

Is there a website that you can see all the data on a larger screen, similar to the Fitbit webpage? I would like to be able to see the heart rate and other data on a larger screen. It is all sync'd online, so it is unusual for there to not be a url you can log into with a web browser to see the same data.

hello guys!
newbie here and need help
so I updated or tried to change the Chinese firmware to an English one with App notify and fitness ..and after the first file update the watch stuck in a black screen but when I tap on the screen few times it enters timer mode and starts working with heart measuring green light. I tried to connect again and again using gadgetbridge and MiFit .. but did not succeed ... any idea,, ??
my phone detects the watch but I can't click yes connect cause I cannot see the green box on the screen.
what can i do now to fix it?

Hi,
After changing watch face today I've noticed that Bip still shows 2018. I went through all the settings on both my watch and MiFit but couldn't find anything to change the date. It shows right date/day, just wrong year.

Hi, I've just bought this Amazfit Bip.
I was disappointed because the battery doesn't last 2-3 weeks as it is claimed.
But only 1 week for me with seconds shown on the screen and backlighting activated when you shake your whilst.
1) I'd like to change the sensitivity or the way when the backlighting is activated with you whilst position. Do you how can I do that?
2) Do you know how can I prolong the vibration when the watch is alarmed?
3) Is there a way to select a new time alarm by watch?

1 afaik not possible
2 withing gadgetbridge you can set different alarm patterns
3 notify & fitness for amazfit or mii fit app should do the job

2) The app doesn't connect to the watch. I tried to restart the phone as it is suggested..
3) I didn't find the feature. I'm looking for setting the alarm by watch independently...

Maybe since I set for secs showing on the screen the watch drains the battery a lot. It can't last for over a week..
Is there anyone that in these conditions tha it can get over a week?

1. Just turn tilt-awake off. It's pretty useless since the full watch face always shows.
2. Can't change the vibration length you can change the type.
3. Not unless a future update changes that. Unless you use 3rd party app "Notify & Fitness for Amazfit" (nice features but not consistent enough to replace the Amazfit app)

I bought the Amazfit BIP Lite and I am wondering if it is possible to change the amount of vibrations from 2 to 1 in the Amazfit Tools app?
This doesn't seem to be possible with the custom patterns?

Hi!
I have owned my Amazfit Bip for almost two years, working beautifully. However, last week this annoying problem arose: the watch constantly stars a running session all by itself. No matter how many times I close it: it just stars a new one a few seconds later, rendering the watch almost useless. To make things more poltergeist-like, even if i'm able to switch off the watch, it turns on automagically.
Also, the button is somewhat unresponsive: I must insist pressing it before it shows the options to stop the running session.
Anyone else with a similar problem? Is this a hardware issue?
