If you want proper help getting phone running atleast say what exactly you have done, "i bricked my phone" doesn't mean anything.
What phone model you have, what TWRP version and what you have flashed.
You probably need to Format Data + Wipe System/data/caches in TWRP and flash a ROM.
Homever if you wanna go back to stock use MiFlash. http://en.miui.com/thread-565784-1-1.html
Do you have Mido (Snapdragon) or Nikel (Mediatek) variant?

Use Magisk to root not SuperSU. (it's outdated and not updated that often)
Like i said if u want to go back to stock use MiFlash guide i posted above.
Or just wipe System/Data/Caches and reflash MIUI.

MiFlash always works no matter what. You just have done something wrong or missing drivers, everything is explained in the linked thread.
And if it doesn't then say in detail what are you doing and what the error is.

I was searching around the internet to find some other solution and some guy suggested clearing boot file. I cleared it and now my phone says "the system has been destroyed". When I tried to flash it with miflash, it says "cannot found file flash_all_lock.bat"

Unpack the image you are trying to flash with MiFlash.. you are probably trying to flash .tgz , that is archive and inside is .tar file which you are supposed to select with MiFlash.

That's not what you were supposed to download, which only proves you didn't even read the instructions from the link i have posted.
Read carefully and follow this MiFlash guide: http://en.miui.com/thread-565784-1-1.html
Or if you want to keep TWRP just reflash MIUI from this link: http://en.miui.com/download-321.html (WIPE SYSTEM/DATA/CACHES in TWRP before flashing it)

It's prettier, few new options and better battery life than MIUI 7. My first impressions
I flash this rom in my redmi note 3 pro and I install gapps and rooted the phone with supersu, putting the gapps and supersu Zips in the microsd and follow the method to entry in twrp to install the Zips without lose the original recovery (the system of the forum given't permissions to me to put external links) .

Hi, I flashed the correct rom for my device, but the method is valid for all devices with miui 5-8, with official unlocked bootloader, and original recovery, sorry for the confusion xD.

hi, can anybody confirm BL relocking happens?
Can I unlock with this ROM?
There is also much better Miui 8 for redmi 3 by xiaomi.eu (6.6.16/17 - Miui 8)

What process did you go through? I'm interested in MIUI8/root/GAPPS.
As for MIUI8 it seems that the only available version is the China Dev one. It comes bundled with a ton of useless chinese apps, no root, no gapps.

Mine hv previous china dev rom installed (miui7 6.5.26) before, and i was download miui8 from official site and flash it manually via updater (choose update package). No data loss or relocked BL after (even all my games still there)
Gapps using google apps installer.apk frm mi market.
Root: just tap root permission in security apk and it will download (i assume its miui root file or something) and device will rebooting by it self after. Done.
Ps: i have no superSU installed.

Thanks for the answer. What I did, is flash it from the TWRP. I must have missed that I can go from 7 to 8 from within the OS. Now I'm back to 6.5.2.6 so it's good to know. I'll update soon.
Must I change the port to 9008? But how?
It is impossible, but can not unlock the line brush downgrade. Can only use the official release of the unlock tool to unlock, because the millet made some restrictions. To be honest, I hate it!

If you want to know the know-how of how to revert back to stock MIUI configuration then you are asking me to duplicate a work of another XDA member and am not of a fan of doing that. :silly:

There is a version of TWRP which is compatible with encryption/decryption which you can try.
Not as good as other Xiaomi Phones
When you compare other Xiaomi Phones like Redmi Note 5, 6 or 6 Plus, it doesn't stand tall. People who use it are not that quite happy with the phone. My friend has one and he felt like he could have gone for Note 6 Plus.
