Thank you for contacting Huawei Customer Care.
In response, please note that we can, of course, generate and provide the bootloader code for your device. However, please keep in mind that unlocking the device's bootloader voids its warranty and might cause numerous software issues (unlocking any device's bootloader is considered to be software manipulation).
Should you still require the code, please provide us with the following details:
Full Name (if applicable):
Email address (if applicable):
Device model:
Serial number:
IMEI:
Product ID - dialing *#*#1357946#*#*. If not available, the invoice should be attached.
Reason for the unlock code:
We are looking forward for your reply and let us know if you have any other questions.

"Bootloader Unlock Allowed" = YES for ALL = root = roms = mods
Sorry...i can´t translate my post of HtcMania, but you can see there. If any can translate it for here , thanks:
>>> http://www.htcmania.com/showthread.php?t=396318
IMPORTANT PRELIMINARY EXPLANATIONS:
It is necessary to read and understand everything that is and why all these claims and concepts of the process
SONY (Android models) has two limitations in terminal operator: 1) Lock SimLoc k. - It's what makes that you can not insert another operator's SIM card. 2) Lock FastBoot. - is compared to other terminals of other brands , a kind of mode Download, Boot, ... , From which you can install Roms, Mods, root.
It really is quite a bit more complex but roughly explained you will understand it all better. To check the status of these two blocks there is a hidden menu on SONY. Open the terminal dialer and dialing * # * # 7378423 # * # * (numbers correspond to the positions of the word SERVICE) will see a menu: Entering Service Info> SIM Lock is blocked we'll see if it puts us SimLock a [x] in Network Configuration Entering see if we blocked as we will Rooting Fastboot Status: Bootloader Unlock Allowed = NO When you buy a terminal open, on the hidden states: SIMLOCK = NOT ALLOW = Yes Bootloader Unlock This means that can be used with any operator and that "you can open the bootloader." It says it is open or not, but you can and as you can, it goes to the Sony website, is requested to open the bootloader code as there is no restriction to boot FastBoot way we can. When removed the state operator is as follows: SIMLOCK = YES = NO ALLOW Bootloader Unlock means that we can only use it with the operator provided it to us. And much to go to Sony to get the code to open the Bootloader, then we can not get him because Fastboot mode (to activate the bootloader) is NOT ALLOWED. If an operator does not have tenure, MUST GIVE FULL unlock code , which is the general rule that facilitate the operators. And we can use the handset with other companies, but we can not rootearlo as a free terminal because this requires opening the bootloader and it is necessary to boot into FastBoot, which STILL OPERATOR castrated. And to allow that there is a code like SimLock release that opens put it .... both the SimLock and "Bootloader Unlock ALLOW" to get to YES. With that we have the terminal in the same conditions as the free. Then it is up to each user, which ALLOWS SONY, open the bootloader to install root or cooked roms. For these reasons, the claim began, as traders know that TOTAL unlock code, and Sony refused to facilitate it does not know whether we stay or not and therefore whether or not we entitled to it.
GOT THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THIS COMMUNITY HAS BEEN CLAIMED AND POLICY CHANGE GET SONY WORLDWIDE HOWEVER COULD TURN OUR OPERATOR TERMINAL TERMINAL IN A COMPLETELY FREE. MOST IMPACTED THIS DEVELOPMENT FOR THESE TERMINALS AND OF COURSE MORE WORLDWIDE SALES FOR SONY. ALL HAPPY.
Since the problem was that Sony really did not know whether or not we were entitled to FULLY unlock, has reached an agreement. If after having released the terminal through the Simlock (WHICH IS FREE AND CONFIRMS but is really 50%) you get in touch with the customer service of Sony Xperia in questions.es @ support.sonymobile.com e-mail indicating your IMEI and unlock code SimLock confirming that if correct, you know what free whatever the case and therefore will provide the unlock code Fastboot's FULL. WITH ALL THAT WE LEFT THE TERMINAL WAS PURCHASED AS IF FREE. After that, depending on whether a XperiaU, a XperiaS, Xperia P, you should follow the procedures published in the forums to open the Bootloader from the SONY website like any other user with the handset purchased FREE and be able to ROOT or any mod / Rom. STEPS: As has become clear throughout the process, summarize to make it even clearer: 1) We release the ends SimLock l If you stay you should call your carrier for you right to give it you for FREE. Depending on the operator usually take 4 to 15 days. If you can stay paying third release ( http://www.htcmania.com/showthread.php?t=373931 ) 2) After the end liberate the Simlock l have for So the code release confirming that it is released, send an email to Sony more or less like this to seek the release of FastBoot :
Recipient : questions.es @ support.sonymobile.com
Subject : Request release of Xperia FastBoot S - IMEI: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Body : Good 's morning / afternoon . I have a XperiaS (or whatever) which has no permanence for any operator I have the unlock code Simlock that the operator has given me. therefore call FastBoot unlocking that would change the "Rooting Status: Bootloader Unlock Allowed" to YES to have the same privileges as a free terminal and power later if you wish to apply in your opening web Bootloader and apply root, which is impossible now for me the above limitation obviously I should not have and not having a permanent terminal. This facilitated the data from my terminal: IMEI: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (the leaving dialing * # 06 * in the terminal dialer) SimUnlock Code: zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz (which you have provided to free simlock and confirm that the terminal is released) Model: XPeriaS Email: [email protected] Tel: 666111222 No another individual, received a warm greeting and await your response. Thank you. Fulanito
3 ) SONY we can respond with several cases:
* Let us say that the code is incorrect. If you gave it to the operator, the operator calls you send it by email and not forward to SONY. This confirms that you provided the operator has legally. If you refuse, you have to justify it with the invoice showing that has no permanence.
* You tell us directly that the request is in progress. A WAIT. If you want you can call 902882250 should take time to answer to see how the case, but WE DO NOT HEAVY. * Let us know a date of collection to do it. THIS IS GOOD. Call or reply to see what day we collect the terminal. We are given the deadline 15 days to return it to us. CALM ... do it to avoid catching fingers over time. In 1 week you will surely back home FREE AND FULLY UNLOCKED. .......... WE HAVE THE TERMINAL AS IF PURCHASED WAS FREE. Search the forums on your terminal as rootearlo, apply mods, roms, etc. and enjoy!. Check from the menu that is well hidden and it's free: WARRANTY: Unlocking and simlock Fastboot LOSE NO WARRANTY IMPLIED. CONFIRMED WITH SONY. In doing IDENTICAL TO A TERMINAL IS PURCHASED FREE, with Simlock and Fastboot open. Also then if you open the Bootloader from the Sony website as do those with the terminal to get FREE ORIGIN root, NOR is lost warranty. Under the conditions of SONY do not say yes or no. Simply "RESERVE" the right to give or not depending on the problem. That is ..... if you opened it and got involved only root to do full backups, using specific apps that require root but do not involve misuse of the terminal, Sony does not have to tell you goodbye warranty. And even less if the issue where the send is a recognized problem and common (as the problem of yellow on the screens of the first production runs, going from 41 ° the terminal due to gas produced by the glue that stuck the pantalals ). Another thing is you do root, do overclock and burn the mic and send it to the SAT. Obviously not a terminal problem and they know it is not a common known fault. And if you look above that and you've unlocked the bootloader ... well, goodbye warranty. Say you open the bootloader does not mean losing the warranty but Sony after it and send the SAT if the terminal will look with some little finer the problem that if you had not opened never know what could not be anything to manipulate and therefore insurance cover you.
Well, in short, ElHechicero and lots of HTCMania users claimed to Movistar to give us a total unlock code, not only to unlock SIM but also to be able to unlock the bootloader. You just need to unlok your SIM via your telephony provider and then contact with SONY.

Please does anyone know a way to unlock the bootloader on this phone. I have looked everywhere and it all points to getting the code from Huawei, but after many attempts to contact them via email and sending the correct phone info, they simply do not respond. What are you supposed to do to get the unlock info!
My message to them (many times)!
"Hello, I am trying to get the bootloader unlock code but my model is not listed on the Huawei unlocker site, so I cannot complete the online submission form.
Please help me!"
My phone model is: Ascend G526-L22

From what I could find here on xda, that's the only way. Were you emailing: [email protected]? According to some members here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2628565 it worked for them though it doesn't seem like they are in any particular hurry to get back to you about it. Good news is that it IS possible, where as many phones do not get that ability.
Yes that email , < [email protected] > and this one < [email protected] > both are on their "contact us" email link on the "Get unlock code" web page. They simply do not respond. Don't know what else I can do really. I don't understand why this model is not listed on the drop down list on their unlock page.

I've tried a few hotspot apps, but can't seem to get one to work. Is there one that works with the CC HAM2 on KitKat? I hate having to put my sim in my Sony Xperia C4 just to used the hotspot option.

nope! i, like you, had tried them all. CC variant made it impossible to enable hotspot. recently i flashed my phone to the stock oem rom, and that OS has the option to enable hotspot- no need to download an app.

Oh sweet! Do you have a link to the stock OEM ROM? And do I have to be rooted to flash it or have a custom recovery?

So Huawei has an online tool now that gives unlock codes instantly on their website. It required me to register, log in, and it's SUPPOSED to take me to a portal that asks for the phone model, product ID, imei, and aerial number, but it goes to a Chinese website and says"server too busy..." every time I try to access it. I saw a lot of other people had the same issue.
I emailed Huawei requesting my bootloader unlock code and they responded within an hour. I included my imei, product ID , serial number, and model number in the email. Their response wasn't very helpful, as they dont seem to understand that their website is having issues like I stated in the email to them, hence why I emailed requesting it. I even called their US Tech Support line and they refused to give me a bootloader unlock code because it voids the warranty.
Their email response said:
Dear User,
Huawei Customer Service is pleasure to be at your service, sorry to bring you the trouble,if you want to unlock your phone, you should meet these conditions as follow:
1.Please register your Huawei ID in our official website http://huawei.com/en/ on your phone.
2.Log in your Huawei ID for continuously 14 days.
3.Each Huawei ID should not apply for the unlock code more than twice within half years. If you meet the information, please go to http://emui.huawei.com/en/ and click the 'download'button to login your Huawei ID other than any other third party ID to apply for the unlock code. Please contact us by mail or local service hotline as following if error message appears.
TEL: http://consumer.huawei.com/en/contact-us/index.htm?tag=hotline
Mail: http://consumer.huawei.com/en/contact-us/index.htm?tag=email
Please submit your mobile model, SN, IMEI/MEID and erro message in your e-mail.We also need to know that your phone is rooted, it can be out of the best working state and part of functions may not be able to work normally. In additon, the system is vulnerable to be invaded by viruses once your phone is permitted to unlock. What's more, for the lacking of fully tested, the third party software will not be compatible with your phone. Unlocking will bring unexpected negative impacts and the device will be not normal, and can not be restored, Huawei after-sales service office will not provide warranty service for your rooted phone, and you may bear the cost. So we strongly advise you to think it twice.
If you have any other problems, please send your feedback to us. We will be at your service to help you to solve your problems.
Once again thank you for contacting Huawei device.
Best Regards.

that sucks when I requested mine a year ago all I had to do was send an email. actually I sent three. the third email they responded to within a day. my subject was "Huawei Ascend Mate 2 bootloader unlock code" and body:
"Hello,
I purchased a Huawei Ascend Mate 2 and I would like my bootloader unlock code.
Serial number: B2S7N14730006614
IMEI : 862754020288196
Thank you."
don't have any other tips, I think you just need to be patient and keep trying . good luck!
I bought ANE-LX1 (P20 Lite) on June 2018 and immediately unlocked the OEM from the developer options (automatic factory reset was done then), but i never rooted or installed custom rom, recovery...etc.
All updates was normally arriving and i was updating my phone regularly (current build is: ANE-LX1 8.0.0.170(C185)).
I decided to root my device using fastboot, but when the device is in recovery mode i can see:
Code:
Phone Locked -- (in green font color)
FRP Unlock -- (in red font color)
When i try to flash using fastboot i got:
Code:
FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)
While searching online i found that Huawei decided to lock bootloader for all users (so we buy their hardware which contains an opensource software and then they lock it... PERFECT!), and it seems that the only way now is to get the unlock code by contacting third-party codes providers, pay money and they guarantee to provide the correct unlock code (pay and pray) + I will have to expose my device information.
My questions are:
-How can i see in the developer options that my OEM is already unlocked, while the recovery is not convinced?
-Do i really have to unlock it again with the code "after purchasing it ofcourse -- which i will never do" (e.g. using fastboot)?
-Is there any solution from xda experts for my case rather than buying codes and exposing my device information or stay with a Locked bootloader?

Thanks in advance for your kind support.
and Thanks Huawei for putting us as a development community in this situation, where we have to pay for the black markets to unlock our own phones in an unofficial way.

IMEI, product S/N (if i correctly understood the process, i have to provide my device info so they can extract the bootloader unlock key)
According to the information that's available, the code used to unlock the bootloader is unlocked in a very complicated way and it's basically unique for everyone. Now, I don't know how much this is true and how and why these people got their hands on the "method" of creating the code, but no one has been able to find a way that's guaranteed to work or even work at all, except for, of course, these sites that make you pay for it. I hope I'm not mistaken and forgive me if I am, but I don't think there is any way to obtain the bootloader code manually or without exposing your information to random strangers on the internet.
Need to unlock bootloader with dc unlocker to get unique unlock code. Look guide bootloader unlocking
