HELP! I accidentally changed my file system !!! - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I was trying to fix the ''encryption unsuccessful'' problem, following the youtube video, he tells me to change the file system of System, Cache and Data. It didn't work for me so i went and explore by my own and accidentally changed the file system of something to something else...! Now my phone cannot detect my internal storage in TWRP as i see it shows my MicroSD card = 11mb, and folders like /sdcard/ is gone..
Sorry for being stupid..

Deleting all folder on sd card

Just a noob question
What happens if I delete all the folders on my sd card, (not external sd card)
I assumed that every time i did a wipe the folders would go but I end up with folders of apps i deleted a while ago.
I guess you are wrong, my friend
Whenever i do a wipe data, wipe cache and wpe delvik cache and flash a custom rom. Soon after 1st boot, if i go and check "My files", i can find the apps folders still there. i think its not getting removed at all. So even i am curious and have asked in 1 of the thread about this. need to get a reply.will update here as well. I actually want to remove all the folders etc when i flash a WIPE ROM. but just by doing wipe data, app folders are not getting deleted from internal card.Maybe we nned to system format in CWM. But i have doubt if root also will get removed or something. Then we cant flash any ROMS at all. If you find out about this, do post.
Thanks
Format sd card wipes all data on the card and means phone no longer boots .
Far easier to just delete the files you don't want via USB mass storage /
Wipe is wiping system and data not sd card .

[Q] Internal data problem

My Nexus 7 device. Flashed PA 3.0 using TWRP. I used a backup to restore the previous rom. Made some Titanium backups. Reflashed PA 3.0 and Gapps.
THe data kept for user access under sdcard disappeared. Seems like it was erased and replaced with a fresh set of new folders and little bit of data that PA just made. Checked storage space and about the same amount of data/memory is still used up on sdcard. Checked around the directories below sdcard using file expert and couldnt find it. Used TWRP to look around the directories and found all my data in /data/media
Tried to move it to /sdcard but it fails.
Tried to move it in file expert but only a few files s moved. File expert doesnt seem to recognize any of the files in /data/media as having any data, ie there is 0 bytes on each file and all folders become a 0byte file and not a folder.
I can still see the old data i want but how do i retrieve it safely?

[Q] Android wont boot, mnt folder missing

I wanted to enable full gpu rendering on my Samsung P6200... I am running 4.1.2, rooted. I downloaded the zip file, booted into recovery and installed the zip file, I rebooted, it shows the normal model number and that on the screen, and about the time when the boot animation starts it just goes blank, although it is still on, now, I rebooted back to recovery, I had made a backup moments before, I only had 770 MB of space left so it made a full backup except my /data partition, that failed, but I didn't want that backed up anyway. I thought well maybe I should restore, so I went to advanced restore and chose the boot partition to restore, restore was succesful, I restarted and did the same thing, now I try to restore the whole backup and it says md5 mismatch, I connect to adb and mount everything, and find my mnt folder is missing, now I don't know how to fix this, if I go to install zip from sdcard it shows all my files and folders there, but if I go to /sdcard/storage/sdcard0 in adb it only shows two folders, Download and Webzine. How to fix this, I don't want to restore my /data partition due to the fact that it only did like 5% of the backup of it and need a lot of that data, if I were to fix the md5 mismatch (don't know how) what partition would I restore to fix the boot error? And how do I fix the missing mnt folder issue?
Ok, sorry, found my files are stored in /sdcard/, although I could swear they were in sdcard0

Read only SD card. Contains corrupt cache. Can't download anything

Just recently I found my phone.
I resettled it after cwm went wrong
Then I repartioned external SD card. Through cwm. 6gb primary 1gb ext size and 196mb swap.
Then I downloaded zarchiver to move and delete stuff(internal SD card does not get wiped during factory reset.)I deleted the android folder and it failed I then went up a directory and back down. My SD card became read only. I can move and delete files with root browsers but the one cache file from the app tumble is not deleting. I tried through settings but to no avail. Then I read somewhere that someone had a similar problem. He tried RM and um but neither worked. So he rooted and tried again. He then used fsck_msdos to find the corrupt file and delete it and he rebooted and it worked. Now I have my fsck_msdos but not in its original filepath( I got rid of it because of media scanner problems).
Now a few things. Which partition is my swap size from my sdcard is (eg mmcblk"x"p"xx". "X" is a number)? Because I want to use swapper 2 .
Where is the fsck msdos file directory and also fstab.
And what command do I use with fsck or any other command to fix my problem. The guy I read about he did something like fsck /dev/vold/179:... I don't know and it fixed it for him.
Please help and thanks beforehand[emoji3] [emoji3] [emoji3]
[EDIT] I got my sdcard as read write. I turned my device on and off but the files still there. If I touch it it will make it read only again

TWRP doens't read downloads folder?

So, my phone bricked because of build.prop change, but before that, i downloaded a backup of my phone build.prop (S7 Edge) but in file manager of TWRP, it shows as if there was nothing, i can't check data in mount and internal storage is 0MB, there is no password (it didn't ask for one also) is there anyway i can retrieve my build.prop backup without erasing it?
