Hi everyone, I'm new here. So I got myself a huawei mate 10 quite sometime back and only wanted to enable the private space now.
But what I did was to enable private space then I accidentally checked the "hide it from main space" and I quitted the private space.
Does anyone know a way to unhide the option in main space?
Thanks guys!

Hey bro i m facing same problem. Did u get any solution. If u got it than please share with me.
In the security and privacy options go to the bottom option (More) and then there should be an option =>show all options. This will put back private space in security and privacy

I doubt it. They're there to make it easier to navigate through your apps once you're list becomes very long. Press any letter and a jump list will appear that allows you to select a letter from the alphabet and go to it. This is the same for the People hub.
I love that feature. I would like it enabled earlier. I have not hit the app limit yet. Doubt I will too.
no option to do so..
well But i would like to see 'adding folder' option in my menu.. like in androids and ios..
it really makes browsing through the menu more convenient..!!
there is a possibility to make folders...

Hello, Xda-members. I have a:
Samsung Galaxy S2 (GT-I9100)
Android 4.1.2 (Xwls8) Odexed/Stock/Spain-release
I already successfully modified market app's & system app's, this is not my problem.
Note, I have Googled for hours and I also used search function and couldn't find a solution, so I ask my question here.
I'm sorry if my post is in the wrong thread, I'm new to XDA !
I want to change a behavier regarding the "Quick settings panel". I try to describe my problem in detail.
When I open the "Notification tray" from the "Notification bar" the "Quick settings" are automatically shown
in the middle of all available quick settings:
See image: *ww.abload.de/img/aros3c.png
When I stop touching the notification tray, then it automatically slides to the left side.
I believe this is supposed to show the user to notice that there are more quick settings hidden on the right side to scroll to.
This really annoys me and I already know they are there.
Ok, my question is: How do I disable this behavier ? How do I change it to immediately start on the left side ?

I have decompiled my SystemUI.apk (I already did other changes to it) but I can't find the spot where this function is defined...
So, anyone here who knows what I have to change in the Xml's
I hope this is not a foolish question... Help and hints are welcome !
Hi !
6 month later I have the exact same question !
Anyone knows if it's possible and how it's done?
Hello, All:
Firstable, I'd like to say hello and introduce myself as new member of this community. Turns out I have an Xperia P with Android 4.1.2 and i've been using the lock pattern feature for a while... Today I wanted to disable it but it seems like I can't do that, the "None" option is disabled and I can't disable it. Do you know why does this happen? (See attached screenshot)
I'll be waiting for your answers.
SOLVED: Deleted credentials stored in the phone and the options came back alive.
Thanks anyway! I hope this helps other persons with the same issue.
Hi
I am used to multiple users / profiles on my phone. I cannot find how to achieve that on this phone. I enabled users by disabling MIUI optimizations and was able to create a user. But now am unable to switch as it needs a shortcut to
"switch".
Any idea how to get around this or how to create this "switch" shortcut?
I also tried the second space thing, but even that doesn't create switch shortcut in first space (Main profile/user)
Does anyone know why they decided to disable users and introduce this second space thing?... I haven't seen a difference between the two, except second space is restricted to just one!

Try this. I haven't tested it but seems to work on Redmi Note 4.
