BEFORE STARING ANYTHING... I'd like to give full credit to this post here, as these are the guys that have found this, i'm just making it spread out more to the public -

To make it easier to understand i'll be rewriting the steps as this has worked for me.
Let's say you had to go back to stock you flashed all the correct carrier stuff and correct firmware for your device, and you're one of the unlucky few of people that are affected by the OEM issue (Including me)
Step 1: Like i said literally just earlier make sure you have flashed the correct stock firmware for your device.
Step 2: Change the date 8 days prior to today (e.g Lets say it is 18/05/2018(AUSTRALIA TIME FORMAT) you would change it to the 10/05/2018(AUSTRALIA TIME FORMAT)
Step 3: Go to software update and check for an update, make sure the date "Last checked" is set to the date, you set earlier.
Step 4: Reboot (Not sure if needed)
Step 5: Change the date back to the actual date of the present day
Step 6: Check for another software update and make sure the "Last Checked" is set to the present day
Step 7: Go to Developer Options (Tap 7 times on build number...)
And now OEM Unlock should be present, this worked for me and has worked for other people.
Happy Flashing
P.S According to some reports instead of 7 days try 30 days may work may not have fun
What should we do if the OEM is unlocked but the KG is still prenormal?
Would be nice if you give some credits and post the original thread

Okay here is what I did. I downgraded to the 1 version lower than the current 1 then set the date back 8 days then proceeded with the software OTA update, after the update, it showed my last update check time as May 22 and last install update as May 22. I then changed the date back to automatic update date and time, restarted, checked updated againnlike 2 or 3 times and enabled developer options and OEM Unlock was there after 5 minutes.

You can go to sammobile and look for your csc in Note 8 firmware and see which firmware is the version before what you are currently using.

Okay might as well try another CSC on the same bootloader version as you (Oreo). You can try my region, GLB, N950FXXU3CRD6. Then update to the latest OTA version once booted?

Hey guys,
I recently unlocked and rooted my device, so I was able to update it. I did so. I downloaded the Huawei Update Extracter, downloaded the latest L24 B151 and installed via fastboot the boot.img and the system.img. Everything went well so far, but when I go to "About the Telephone"-Screen, it says that I'm still running my old B120-Version. The Android-Secruity-Patch is from March 2016 though. Is that a common problem? Or have I forgot a to flash a certain file? I really would like to update the information on this screen.
Thanks for your help, guys, and I'm sorry for my ****ty english.
By the way, the device's from germany and originally had the L21 B120 Version running.

The L24 files won't work correctly on your phone
you need this >> http://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-5x/how-to/kiw-l21-c432b130-uk-revert-package-t3368480
and it will OTA update to B140, your model does not have B151 yet

Thanks. I used this tutorial and I think I can point out some changes to the original stock rom.
The icons changed, the status bar is now transparent, the security-patch is updated, other pre installed apps are installed and the pre installed apps that were on the old build are now updated. Aswell I can use Google Voice now as standard voice mail option. So, I don't see any reason to get the B140 version. Maybe it's not working fully correct, but the only problem I found is that the Build is not displayed correctly but that's not compromising the usability of the system.

Tested, works fine. Rom runs smoothly, rooted and debloated.
Battery life increased for a couple of offscreen hours.
Great update, the Phone seems to run even better then before, really impressed so far. Multi-Screen and Always-On are missing, tho, installing them manually won't work either. Guess it wasn't feasible with the A3s hardware limitations.
Yeah i think this german Nougat build is much better than marshmallow, very stable, better battery, fluid animations, very nice.. Tell me your opinions?

Hello and thanks for the ROM. I've ecountered a few issues:
1) MicroSD doesn't load when i turn off the phone, i have to remove it e put it back in again in order to be recognized
2) Apps like Colornote don't stay in memory when the phone is turned off and on again, so many notes saved on the status bar go missing and I have to open the app everytime
3) I can't delete bloatwares like Samsung apps and GApps. I use Link2SD to delete system app but doesn't work with this rom: when I restart the phone the apps are still there.
Hope someone helps me with this.

If you choose the right FW the installation works well and within a few minutes. If you choose a wrong FW the installation stops with an error. So there is no risk.
I haven't the permission to post a screen shot. It should be the BLA-L29C605B133 2018.03.22 Full-ota. Check Firmware Access with imei.

it only means that the firmware is not yet rolling out for your device but it can now be installed to the variant you are using. you can now install that firmware. regarding the brightness issue try this, go to dev options and look for "Increase readability under sunlight" switch it off, its on by default that fixed my brightness issue. im using a regular mate 10 (ALP-L29)
Friends, if the firmware is not approved in FirmwareFinder we can only download and do not install??

A little info on your part may help here, ie. the model of your phone or your location as the Android 9 (Pie) has very limited release for the single sim and the dual sim is only slightly better.. There are a few ways to flash firmware a) Sony Flashtool or b) Newsflasher c) Adb, search the XDA a bit there are some excellent guides on how to use both... ( homework time)
Also you may want to mention what OS you have on your computer as installing drivers for adb, fastboot ect. vary for each, windows 7 and 8 are pretty basic but on 10 you will need to disable the signature verification before you can install the drivers and Linux is a whole other thing.. so give us some info.. read a bit and get back to us.

3. If you get the information that the next available date is 15th next month then you are good.
4. Do whatever you want to your phone during the waiting.

6. update
7. unlock as any other phone.
Very confident with the process as nearly all the people in Wuxianlin's qq group have done with this process. And this might be reason why the quota for test ran out so fast.....

This is for some reason below:
1. you have reset your phone.
2. you have changed to public test
3. you have logged out your account on the phone
All these reason might lead to a reset of the log in days. And if you do any of them, the count will be reset to 0.
This is stupid.....

Unfortunately that is not possible. They do the request so that they can fetch your phone imei and such things and push the update which can only be used on your phone. We have tried to flash the update on a different phone and bricked that phone, that's the reason why no one posted the update again.....
