Tired of Android Lollipop? - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello my name is Aryan Arora.
I have an Intex Aqua Trend(unpopular phone) and it never got ahead of android 5.1 lollipop. You would probably know that in 2018, lollipop tends to be sluggish. My phone has a Mediatek processor(wow!) and 2Gb ram(Oh great).
It's my request to you that please develop an android 7.0 or 8.0 custom rom for my phone.
I am providing my stock rom's link here below:

Huawei Mediapad T1 8.0 custom rom

Hey guys!
I've just got my Huawei Mediapad T1 8.0 8gb only wifi tablet and I was sorry to see that the newest official Android is 4.3, so I would like to install some custom ROM
I'm thinking about 5.1 but the newer the better. So far I found one or two.pages on google but they didn't look trustworthy, they had screenshots of phones, the articles referred to the device as phone, and I would.like to.avoid an scam or damage to my tablet. My question is do you think that there's some great newer android for my device?
Thanks for any help!

How to upgrade device tre from kitkat to lolipop and so on..?

I have a Lenovo s820 which is a quad core processor based on mtk 6589. Lenovo provided Open Source Code for Kitkat on their website but i would like to update it to lollipop or maybe further. I previously owned a MI4I(Ferrari) which originally had lollipop but the developers were able to modify the device tree to support nougat and now even Oreo. If anyone of you'll could provide the steps or resources to do so i would be grateful.
Looking forward to expert opinion on this thread.
The broken is the chip set. They never release the source code for their kernel changes. This is why you don't see alot of development for those chips.

Finding custom rom for porting

Hello, mates,
I decided that I am not happy about my device stock rom, so i decided to make a custom rom port for my device....
Well i read a lot easy guides and watched loads of videos about easy porting, BUT looks like there is nothing easy with my device.
My device is Huawei Y7 it is upgradeable only to 7.0 Nougat. It wouldnt be a problem to find such custom rom but again my device has Snapdragon 435 processor... There is very little devices with such processor and most of them already has 7.1.2 nougat and all custom roms are this version or even 8.0 Oreo.
First question would be: Is there something i could do about that ?

Vertu Aster Onyx - Android 4.4 to Android 5.1.1

Hi,
I've recently acquired an old Vertu Aster Onyx, unfortunately it is running Android 4.4 which is quite unreliable and I would like to move it to Android 5.1.1.
This phone was offered on 5.1.1. however with Vertu closing shop the OTA update is not delivered anymore.
I've managed to Root the phone in a second with Kingroot and I also have a Vertu Signature Touch from the same year running 5.1.1.
Any idea if there's a way for me to manually load 5.1.1 from either a download link or from the Signature Touch?
