A lot more info needed, what device, what was command, etc
The more info the more accurate the help
Tell us more info about the device.
Can you flash anything through ADB or using fastboot?

i flash, fastboot flash boot recovery.img , it should be flash recovery recovery.img
You changed you kernel to a recovery.IMG, try and find a flashable.zip of your boot.IMG and flash via twrp
Although I'm not familiar with this particular device it should allow you to boot to bootloader regardless of kernel, at least any device I have used does this
Is the recovery a custom recovery? If so does it have an option to reboot to bootloader?
Otherwise try
adb reboot bootloader

Boot is the kernel, so there is a chance you are still OK
Try flashing original firmware through factory recovery
http://support.asus.com/download.as...ne 5&p=39&s=1&os=32&hashedid=96nqlxHp1VKV4Rdz
I tried to flash the same firmware via ADB sideload, but it said " Only with android 4.4.2 that you can updrage to android 5.0. E:Erron in /sideload/package.zip (Status 7).
It looks like there are downgrade instructions in each firmware download, try this method out

OnePlus x not detected by windows. Corrupted custom recovery. Cannot unlock OEM.

Hi,
I was trying to restore oxygenos on my opx.
I connected through adb and tried flashinf a recovery. The flash was unsuccessfull and I was left with my custom CM recovery(which cannot install roms due to some error). Now i tried flashing new recovery again but OEM is locked. The command for unlocking just reboots my device from fastboot mode to recovery mode.
Also, I no longer find my device using adb devices command.
Please help

You're in the wrong area for the question. Try reposting in Q & A. But you might have to flash the stock ROM or at least the boot image (I don't have a link).
What did you use to flash?
i flash 7.0 stock and 6.0 and get erorr bootloader when try dpwngrade or when i flash recovery and i try custom rom but problem still same erorr bro

Try flashing TWRP then install any custom rom from TWRP
i try this but i get same erorr
can i flash updae.zip from fastboot bro ?
I had similar problem flashing TWRP from fastboot, try "fastboot boot recovery TWRP.img" then install TWRP.img from the booted TWRP
An explanation on how you got this soft brick could be useful to give a solution to it...

Question your device is corrupt

I followed the guide to root my device.
Everything went correctly at first. The phone was unlocked.
After I installed magisk and created the magisk patched img and then written to boot_a & boot_b, when I use "fastboot -w", it says the partition not allowed to erase and then I tried to reboot.
The device entered the recovery mode, I used reset to factory data. And it cannot boot and keeps telling me "your device is corrupt".
I cannot enter recovery mode now and when I tried to use xperia companion it told me the phone is locked.
I'm thinking flash recovery img in fastboot mode but I can't find anywhere to download its img.
Please help!
TIA
Fixed by re-flashing original boot.img

Remove the "system_ext.." line from fstab, this may solve your issue if is the same issue for xperia 1ii. See link https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk/issues/3752
For fastboot command fail, does your device have fastbootd?
