i am looking for a plugin or a application which can translate all my twitter tweets which i receive from arabic to english so that i can read all the tweets in arabic with english translation

at first sorry for mistakes in english but as a good french i try to speak english
so ! here is my problem (a little one but..!) , i'd just install the cMIUI 2.7.4 , and this rom so cute, doesn't have french language in the settings !! i'd try to find a "pack" on forums and links !! but i didn't find IT !!
it's written in the installation instruction that :

cMIUI 2.7.4 Multilanguage Pack V1... not available! Use multilanguage pack cMIUI 2.6.29!
but i can't find any "addon" folder in recovery mode !!! to flash it !!!
i also searched for multilanguage pack cMIUI 2.6.29 ! but ............! lol
so if any one can help me i'll thank him for it !! friendly neo.........

guys help me add to firmware L600VPUBNJ 1 language locale
morelocale 2 partially add a language, but the menu is still in English
need to add Russian and German language
