With everyone in my office using other branded flagships, I am the last one to receive OREO, so they created an alternative for me.....

I have before LG G6+ H870DSU OP3T Midnight Black. Im little more happier with LG G6+ becaus OP3T sux in screen, battery life and headphones output. Also big + for LG is totaly flat screen when I can use glass protection from edge to edge. Big minus on LG G6+ is selfie camera and 4GB of ram.

Know that.Had OP3.I sold my G5 for OP3.Screen was Garbage & this was the reason I settled to G6.G6 has very good hardware, build quality, battery back up like all their phones but software & optimisations suck. I'm hating LG now only cause of their software support. One plus doesn't compromise on update.
Although it's taking an eternity to upgrade my H870DS to Oreo, I still love my G6.
It works awesome, has a great camera and is very fast and fluid.
You have to change your viewpoint. Be like my wife, she hates updates. You have to restart your phone, and she especially hates the big updates that change the look of things...
Do we have any news about release date of the Oreo Update for the H870DS? As the single-SIM devices already have the Android 8.0 upgrade, I expect the firmware for the dual-SIM ready for OTA within two weeks. Which will match the statement by LG "to be released for OTA in June 2018".
pppfff its 30th of May and still no update no Bootloader unlock i feel boring
June??
We need to wait one more month to get oreo for our DS/DSU

Looking at getting a new phone. Coming from the N4, I am used to stock and enjoy the quick updates. However, the G2 offers a better camera and much more importantly a better battery life. Can anyone speak to their experience with custom roms with G2? I'm under the impression that roms for non-nexus devices tend to be buggier.
Be ready to see this locked
LG G2
I chose the g2 over the nexus for the added screen size' the button placement which i absolutely love, camera, battery life. I could go on. Vanilla android is nice but honestly , the g2 ui is awesome. I absolutely feel no need to flash away to other things.
Just got rid of the N5, do have to say it is awesome. Camera is hit or miss. It'll surprise you but more times then not its pretty dissapointing. Battery life is rather horrendous for the n5 but it s doable, barely! If you like to switch it up and flash alot of roms then get the N5. So far the g2 has been one of if not the best smart phone I've ever owned or had the pleasure of putting my mitts on. As for roms I'm still stock for now but even this way the g2 is blazing through whatever I shoot at it. Benchmarks don't mean **** but it does stroke the ego a tad.

Pa is really stable, and with a good 4.4 rom like this it's basically an n5 with a bigger screen and better battery.
So it's almost n5 vs n5 plus if you ask me.

The Lollipop update frenzy is well under way and LG's current flagship - the LG G3 was definitely not left behind with updates rolling out during all of the December, first in South Korea and then in a number of other countries. In the height of all this one question remains unanswered - will last year's LG flagship - the very popular LG G2 receive similar treatment.
A screenshot surfaced today that might shed some light on the matter. It appears to show a F320L version of the LG G2 running an Android 5.0.1 build. Even more encouragingly the UI, visible in the picture seems to bear all the design and visual characteristics of LG's new GUI, which first appeared on the G3. So it seems the year-old smartphone will receive the full update package, complete with the fresher interface.
This is all but justified, given that the LG G2 still packs quite the punch and can easily compete with current devices. Its more-than adequate Snapdragon 800 SoC, 2GB of RAM and 5.2-inch 1080p display are more than worthy to be adorned by Google's latest OS version.
One more important detail needs to be noted about the screenshot, namely that it is obviously taken from a F320L G2 unit, which is the LTE-A model, exclusive to South Korea. This of course comes as no surprise, given LG's track record of beginning update roll-out on the domestic market first. If the rumor is true and the photo real, Lollipop builds for the international LG G2 versions can't be far behind and should grace user's phones pretty soon.

OMG
well I think the New Amazfit pace 2'll come with better Bright system lol
I hope they keep the transflective screen. Full round would be nice too. I just don't get excited about ANOTHER AMOLED screen with a day and a half battery life.
At least 4k and 65''

I too ordered mine from gearbest on 5th, just a day before you.
From where did you ordered and how much did it costed you? I got for ~$114 (17% discount).
Various sources say that it is coming on 12th of december. There are 2 things i expect from this watch.
1) Not overpriced.
2) Not in Chinese...

Actually, since the Bip now comes in multi-language, my personal hope is that the new watch automatically configures for Chinese/English/French/Italian/etc.

You mean on android too with MiFit > 3.2 ?
Or on iOS?
On their Weibo they posted that there will be two editions: Premium and Standard.
Can it be that the Xiaomi amazfit pace 2 has already been released ?
https://www.nextbuying.com/xiaomi-amazfit-pace-2-sports-smartwatch-50m-waterproof-p000598.html
That pic is probably the original Amazfit, used as a placeholder, because they don't have the pic of Amazfit 2.

Will it be at least a bit smaller? From all the pics I saw v1 was a big one, it stays funny for people with smaller arms...
Can it be, judging by boot animation, that we could expect some non-sport features . I know gaind lot of users with great sports features, but sometimes I wish it could have some simple sunrise/sunset , moon phase, world clock, and likewise features on one watchface!

Hi guys
If you have questions about the phone, just ask
I must say, this is one of the best phones I had. I'm really happy with it. My only criteria were:
- Stock Android
- 71-72mm max. width
- Good camera
- Bonus: DT2W and GCam Mods without rooting
It has all of it, in addition to an awesome display and build quality, and just fits perfect in one hand.
I tried Nokia 7 Plus before, but it was too big for me. My previous phones were: HTC U11 Life, Xiaomi Mi A1, OnePlus 3, Nexus 5, iPhone 6.
Greets from Switzerland
One question - does it have a LED notification light?
@iCstyle: thank you.
No it doesn't have LED notification, like every other Nokia phone.
do you have the possibility to test 4g+ ?
there is an option to hide notch?
thanks
I didn't yet see a 4G+ icon, but 4G works good, also VoLTE.
No option to hide a notch, it should come with Pie though. But Nacho Notch works pretty good.
Hi, thinking of buying this device is it worth it, I'm stuck on this or sammy A7 honor play around 300 Mark, what's future development looking likely etc bootloader unlock will eventually arrive? Thanks

How do you enable hdr10 playback in youtube app? I can only see normal quality settings with no hdr.
I want the steel 64gb version. I had the 6.1 for a day and my big problem with that phone was the bluetooth stuttered when connected to a Cardo Packtalk Bold. No issues with BT on my QC35 headphones though. The Cardo was a deal breaker though. I'll wait until a local shop gets one in and go play with the bluetooth with the helmet on my head. How has the battery life been? Got any camera samples?

I would like to ask if Oneplus 9r is still worth it to buy this 2022?
I've seen alot of negative comments about the updates of oneplus and the news that it will be discontinued?
ColorOS for OnePlus's update progress is a bit slow...OOS 12 RIP(for it is based on Color instead of OOS)...
However it runs smoother if you use a custom ROM.
was the update for 9r stable or not? cuz i'm planning to buy to this phone, my only concern is that the update if it is stable or not

If you still think so, I suggest you buy OnePlus 9RT.
because 9R and 8T are actually similar, and even the firmware is common.
Wait for 9RT

How to go back to coloros? Like u got color os msm tool for 9r?
I have a 9R, it's a superb phone. I have absolutely no issues with it. Like it's totally super great. Not trying to be sarcastic. Only one downside - the phone can't go SUPER loud call volume. But unfortunately this plagues the 9 Pro as well - and the 8T which is the same internals as the 9R minus the SOC.
And for some reason the call volume thing only happened to like one-two people. I bought a 9 Pro to alleviate the problem and guess what? Still can't hear crap. OnePlus phones are just generally more quiet than a Pixel 4a or a like a Samsung flagship.
But yeah, if I were to buy a Samsung, I'd spend like 1500$ on the phone, and the updates would slow it down to a crawl within a few months. I've had like Note 4, Note 9, Note 10+ and they all been the same.
So yeah. Good phone.
- Great GPS signal
- Great sound
- Great performance, no overheating/heat problems
- Battery has been solid, though, 1 day with heavy use (well you can buy a 6000-7000mAh "phone" with 250g weight if you want more lol)
I've been also using the ColorOS on my 9 Pro for a while now. Honestly, it's not so bad. Been a bit rough on the edges at start but you can live with it and updates will fix these minor problems.
