Access Denied to MI cloud, cannot use phone - Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 / 5 Plus Questions & Answers

Hi Everyone! I received my Redmi Note 5 on Wednesday and tried unlocking the bootloader. Unfortunately, it got the point where I cannot access my phone at all. When I factory reset it and start it up I cannot log into my MI cloud as I get an "Access Denied" error message. If I try to log in on account.xiaomi.com I get "Too many login attempts" since Wednesday evening. I read in the ToS that they can block my account for 24 hours (possibly this happened), but more than that has passed. I emailed Xiaomi support 1,5 days ago, but still waiting for a response. Any idea how I could use my phone or change the mi account?
Thanks for any help!

Unfortunately, I was trying to unlock the bootloader without having to wait 360 hours, but due to the many accounts changes my MI Account was locked along with my phone. I am waiting for Xiaomi support to get back to me....

Any working Root method for Huawei Y6 Pro (tit-al00) ?

This device seems to be one of a kind! since no rooting method works for it. i mean there are many more recent phone which already could be rooted using either supersu.zip or one of kinroot variants, but not this one.
I'm exhausted all ways i could think of , now anybody knows any other way, or perhaps shed some light on this matter?

Very dubious piece of code indeed! and i gave it a shot as a last resort.
but the damage is done, i guess.
perhaps we should petition Mr. Duta to consider this miserable device.
Hey , did you try to unlock bootloader using 'fastboot' then install the superuser zip ?

Don't use Kingroot or kingoroot or whatever other similar names. their success rate with new phones are really low and besides , there is something fishy about them.
just wait for a clean way to do it or just sell it and get a better supported model, like I did.
BL Unlock

How did you unlock bootloader? I can not get Product ID by pressing *#*#1357946#*#*code in dialer.. it always return to home
Best way for BL Unlocked to root is build recovery and install SU via this recovery then. But i can not unlock BL

Obviously , rooting this way ( install su from recovery)is not an option here. It just makes your phone to bootloop.
Maybe some pre rooted kernel is all you need.
Funny, just entered your code and it shows the product id . maybe a glitch in your rom?

I also seeing the same problem on this device. Using the code to get the product ID crashes back to HOME screen. Can't find any guides on how to root. Tried KingRoot and AVG picked it up as malware.
Maybe because i have MT6735 TIT-L01 version and you have TIT-AL00 version? Maybe try install firmware from another model, but will it work?
But still no way to root
Guys, it's been couple of months since this phone been released to market and still no root or much development going on for it. if you really need root as I did maybe it's time to replace it with a better supported model?
P9lite and honor 5x are good choices here .
just saying.

you need to download this generator to get product id .
im new in this forum and i don't know how to attach a file but this is my fb contact me i will send it to you
i have downloaded it from this forum with name Huawei_Unlocker_.rar
in this generator you can write the model ( not chose model from the list like the regular generator )
so my y6 pro have this product id : HUAWEI TIT-AL00 . in product model just write this : TIT-AL00 , same thing in the unlocking page of Huawei
. you will get the product id
SERIAL NUMBER: get it from the back of the phone . and the imei: sometimes you cant get it from the dialer so get it from the back of the phone also
write a note like this in note pad
product model : TIT-AL00
SERIAL NUMBER: PASTE-YOU-SERIAL-NUMBER
imei : YOUR-IMEI
Product ID : WRITE-THE-PRODUCT-ID-GOT-FROM-THE-generator
so you are ready now
also the english version of huawei website has problem . when you write all info . its take a minute then it says that the verification code if faulse . this is a probleme
so you cant go to the chinese version of the site to get it . its work and this is my personal experience and im waiting for method for rooting now
Hey guys, I tried changing phone's language to Chinese and typed the code *#*#1357946#*#* and it showed me the code(it was crushing when it was in English)
I just wanted to confirm that this method works
Yes it works on my TIT-L01 too. Now how to root?
method confirmed for tit-u02. now waiting for root process
me too same problem in my huawei y6pro tit-u02. I try to install TWRP recovery using sp flash tools but when i load the TWRPrecovery.img its tell me this "please check the load image file is correct or not"
I try to unlock bootloader but same probleme of "FirstMn" i cant get the product ID
please any one help me to find a solution

I've actually been working on this the past couple days. Got the unlock code from Huawei and got past the Google account verification that requires log-in only by the original Google account associated with the phone (that took some neat tricks to accomplish!), but I'm stuck on the fact that there doesn't seem to be a way to get to an actual bootloader screen. I can get adb and fastboot commands to work from different spots (stock recovery screen, boot options screen), and that's where I'm stuck. Gonna do a separate post in Q&A to see if anyone else has any ideas.

I think so too.
I have also been trying to root the sense would like to know how to
Bootloader
I used DC Unlocker paid 4.99 to get the unlock code. ADB see's the phone but says failed when you do the oem unlock with the number. No true bootloader. Ive been searching for days to find a work around with no success. The EMUI program doesnt have a regular boot loader like most phones and it makes this very difficult. Anyone find out why this is or how to get around it. Seems like the dont want you to unlock the boot loader.

There is no way the Honor is better than the Sensa by any means.
Have you tried holding the volume down then plugging in the usb cable?

Incorrect, the Honor 5x is superior to Sensa.
Anyone root this sensa yet ? $50 simple mobile is a great deal and its a very nice phone, a beast for that price. I seen root on cheap phones so i would think there has to be a twrp or root for this phone by now. This one is only 50 right now but acts and built like a 200 phone imho.

Remove Unlocked Bootloader Warning at Boot

Is there any way by which we can remove the irritating warning showing device as unlocked during boot with device actually unlocked. For e.g for older Samsung devices with unlocked bootloader the warning/counter was being reset using an app called Triangle Away, in MI/Xiaomi devices, this warning(not warning though, but showed device as unlocked), could be remove by simply flashing some splash.img file, the splash maker of which was available at xda.
Don't we have anything similar for Huawei P20 lite (ANE-AL00 C675 variant)? As far as I know, splash.img concept is just for Qualcomm/SD devices, but our device has Kirin chipset. So things might be different for Huawei P20 lite.

Restore phone to factory settings

I need to send back my Honor 9 for reparation.
The phone has been rooted in 2017 with the Magisk method, bootloader is unlocked, TWRP Recovery is installed.
It looks like there are many tutorials to root the phone but I didn't find one to completely revert it to factory settings.
Thanks in advance
Still on nougat ? B1xx ?

Ok great.
-I don't remember quite well if using STF-L09C432B130 service repair firmware in Firmware mode will lock again your bootloader and bootloader FRP.
-I'm quite sure the russian scripts for honor9 will lock again your bootloader after flashing STF-L09C432B120 or 130 in fastboot mode ; at least the 2017's version of these scripts.
