Did you flash the dual sim firmware onto you single sim phone in the end? If so, what works and what doesn't work? I'm in a similar situation, but the reason why I'm asking is because I want to get VoLTE working in a specific country. The variant of the phone that is sold in that country is the FD variant whereas mine is the F variant - which was purchased in a different country.

I bought my BS 3 PRO like month ago (CN version) but now on Global rom and at first the 5G was working in one sim card while the 2nd in 4G in dual mode, then after some days suddenly stopped working only showing 4G+ in both sim cards
Now 5G only will work if I use one sim card or disabled one.
Anyone have the same issue or this problem related to Snapdragon 865 processors?

I have same and try flash modem still same problem
But speed 5G work fine only logo in screen 4G

For me it's only show 4G logo & 4G speed
When I use only one sim it's Chang to 5G also there is a big difference in speed.
I try now work with both SIM same issue 5G not working

MP1 and MP2 is the final Global Rom, right?
i see many users have lg G8x with 2 sim cards. My AT&T LG G8x can plug in 2 sim but it only showing 1. Is this because of the firmware or its physical. Sorry for my bad english!
I believe the g8x emw version is the only dual Sim version. It was released in europe best I can tell.

Can you crossflash the emw version without bricking the phone? I have the CAN version which does not support dual sim....
Even with some flashing/MSMtool/logkit/code/unlock/root, is it possible?
If Possible buy an Unlocked Version from Europe, China or India as Bootloader cannot be unlocked on an Carrier locked device from T-Mobile or Verizon.
Move to Oxygen OS 12.1 Global that supports 17 5G SA & NSA Bands, however with flashing other region firmware will not support carrier features like VoWiFI and VoNR and ViNR services.

It is unfortunate that it is extremely difficult to get dual VoWifi with latest oneplus phones in US. Even esim support would get the job done.
So the international version Cph2415 which has all the t-mobile bands support volte and wifi calling?

wait... you sure? Do you have any reference or did you buy a cph2415 and test it out? Is it T-Mobile only, or also ATT and Verizon and MVNOs?

so your phone was not sim unlocked so you may face issues if you crossflash, besides thats a great question about volte and thats a mabey since wifi calling and volte are more software specific. I do not know this so youll have to test out and see.
