ROM top only has bug when it will install the google camera that buga when it puts to record in slow motion. and does not load turbo power (at least it does not appear). plus the rest is top

I installed this a few days ago, and (after a bit of messing around to get microg working on it - tingle works OK to create the modified framework.jar but you have to manually install it with adb push and then mv it into place with a root shell), it's working great, with only one problem:
The phone volume is absurdly low. Almost inaudible, even in a quiet room with no music or talking or other noise. The only way to hear a phone call is to tap the speaker icon and then everyone in the room/train/tram can hear the conversation.
Apparently this is a common problem with many "ROM"s on many devices. The "edit mixer_paths.xml" solution didn't work for me - I changed "RX1 Digital Volume" under "handset" from 84 to 90 and it made no difference at all.
I bought the G5s as a birthday present, promising my partner I'd give her a phone without spyware to replace her ancient iphone 4, hence the need for microg rather than gapps (she has approximately zero interest in installing crapware from google play store, she wants a phone with OSM maps and a few other things available from F-Droid), but a working and usable phone app is crucial.
So, is there a fix to this phone volume problem?
