Getting "Com.android.phone has stopped" after rooting and removing system apps...
I rooted an older Alcatel onePlus that's running 4.4.2 and i think i accidentally deleted the phone app while i was debloating the phone. I rebooted and the phone is complaining about com.android.phone has stopped. I have tried a factory restore and that did not fix it. what can i do to stop this notification as it keeps coming up?

Hey guys. I just flashed void #delta. Worked fine.
Then I tried to restore my apps using titanium backup and then rebooted for changes to take effect but I get the error " the process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly". Sometimes, instead of com.android.phone, it even says com.android.mms.
BUT,BUT,
When I start my phone without my sim card or in airplane mode, it works fine!. I mean what might be the issue? Please help me, I can't do anything on my phone with that error popping up every 2 secs .
Thanks in advance.
Siddhesh.
I am having issues returning my S3 GT-19300 back to stock firmware. I have tried several tutorials using Odin and various stock firmware's but to no avail.
The phone will load up to the setup wizard, but it is followed with the following error messages, then the wizard will close, and start over again.
"Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped"
"Unfortunately, Google Account manager has stopped"
"unfortunately, Maps has stopped"
"Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped"
These messages keep appearing throughout the setup wizard. Once you reach the end of the wizard, i get a black screen for several seconds, then it all starts again.
Could this be down to the firmware i am using? Or would it be something else?
Thanks in advanced
Use kies software from Europe. If you use there recovery part and have the serial number, it well update to the newest update automaticly.

I recently rooted with safestrap on my stock 4.3. Since installing MW Manager, periodically the app locks up or ends abruptly with the message "com.sec.android.app.FlashBarService has stopped". Any idea why and how to fix this?
I just updated my phone to Android 4.4 and after switching to ART and restarting the phone, I get the following error: "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped." If I dismiss the message, it reappears. So my phone is now useless. Any help please?
I have a gt-19300 that has been fine for the two years I have had it. A week or so ago it started shutting down randomly. I tried a couple of factory resets but they made no difference.
I then started getting some 'unfortunately .......... has stopped' errors. These became more frequent so I rooted the phone and installed a few custom ROMS GlamourS3 and Android Revolution HD, both of these crashed. I then tried cyanogenmod, that seemed to run OK but when I installed google apps it started crashing again.
One thing I noticed was that I was getting IO errors in TWRP when performing a wipe.
I then reflashed the stock ROM and it all seemed to be OK again for a while but out of the blue it has starting throwing up constant 'unfortunately .......... has stopped' errors (making the device unusable).
I wonder if there is some kind of hardware problem with the device. Can anyone suggest anything else to try?
Sounds like the nand memory is breaking down, try the tool to test this in the freezing thread.
