When I use Endomondo and the screen on the Gear S becomes black or I move the arm to wake up the display, then it is not Endomondo on the watch screen, but the normal clock.
Is it possible to setup Endomondo to always be display on the watch's screen when I exercise ?
You can configure the watch to display the last app running instead of the current clock, but i don't think you can set a program to be default (didn't see any option regarding that).
For what you want you could try this :
1. change the setting : on the watch go to "Settings->Display->Wake-up Screen" and change it to "Last Screen" instead of "Clock".
2. start Endomondo (or whatever app you need) and when you want to see the app just move the watch (or press the button) and you'll see the app instead of the clock.
I found a Watchface solution using Smartlauncher and Zooper Widget pro. With smartlauncher it's possible to create a Fullscreen (Zooper) Widget on the Lockscreen. I created 4 Watchfaces on this way. I will post a instruction for it right here.

This Watchface Solution is composed of two parts:
A) a handfree background picture
B) a zooper widget to add the Minute Hand, the Hour Hand, the Akku Hand, the Date and the Notification Counter
Before starting, go to Settings and disable Screen lock.
The Smartlauncher allows to create a fullsize-Widget on the Lockscreen. First, we have to install Smartlauncher and Zooper Widget on the Gear.
After installing this two Apps, we have to change some Settings in the Smartlauncher. First, click at the search Bar and hold. Settings will open. Choose Settings and deactivate the search Bar. Then go back to the lock screen. Click on the Clock and delete. At least, delete the five Bubbles on the same way.
Now, go to the Settings of the Launcher by clicking on the Circle With the 4 Dots, then tap on the right upper side on the 3 dots. Choose Settings.

Fast Start Layout: Grid
Fast Start gaps: 8
Lower keys: always disabled
App Grid:

Widget support: off
Now go to Android Settings. Moove to Display and LED- extended Desktop. Disable Status bar and Navigation bar for the Smartlauncher. (Don’t worry, both will return with a short swipe for a few seconds)
Afterwards you to to Zooper Widget. Disable just the Status Bar.
Now we have a complete empty Lockscreen. We can use it for a Fullscreen Zooper Widget (with the exception of 5mm of the bottom side of the screen). With a swipe to the right you will enter the App-Index.
You have to put the downloaded Picture blau.PNG in the Galery Folder of the Gear. I choose the way to send it per Mail to the Gear and save it.
Then we have to go to Gallery, choose the Backround picture, on the upper right Side choose this Photo as background. At least confirm Background on the upper side.
Next Step is conecting the Gear with your Computer. Open the Storage of the Gear, open Zooper Widget, and here the folder autosave. Put the downloaded widgets in the folder Autosave. Then put „minimal“ from the Download in the folder iconsets. After that, disconect the Gear and the Computer.
Now go to Lockscreen, click on it and hold. A Window will open. -Choose widget –Zooper widget pro –Zooper Widget 4x4. A shaded window will open.
Widget tap to open. Scroll down to Autosave. Choose Widget6. Then scroll down to „widget tap Action“ Choose „disable“.
At least to back to Homescreen with the navigation Bar and wait a moment. Congrats, your Gear s get back it’s watchface.
Hi,
Is there any option or moding that would allow Amazfit Stratos to record sleeping during custom hours, or just during the day?
If you're running Android, the Notify & Fitness (N & F) app has an "Analyze all day" feature which detects all sleep instances, regardless of time.
Regards,
Eric

Hi Eric,
Thanks for your reply. I did have that option on my BIP, i can't find it for Stratos. The Notify and Fitness app does have a very cumbersome settings menu.
Can you tell me where i can find this option?

I have the BIP, so I can't be sure if it's present/in the same place for the Stratos, but here's how I get to it:
1. Touch the graph icon on the top row, to the right of the home (house) icon.
2. Touch the "Sleep" tab (second from left).
3. In the second sleep graph (previous night), touch the settings icon on the top right, across from the date. It looks like three horizontal sliders.
4. Scroll down through the options displayed to find "Analyze all day".
Regards,
Eric

Hi,
Normally, there is no alert of WhatsApp incoming calls on Smartwatch per default. Amazfit watches doesn't break this rule.
I have the solution when you receive a WhatsApp incoming call to trig an alert (vibration + message) on your Amazfit GTS/GTR/BIP if you are using an Android smartphone (no root needed).
You need the following applications installed on you Android:
- Tasker (probably paid version)
- Tools & Amazfit also called "Amazfit Tools" (paid version)
- AutoNotification (paid version)
Make sure:
- The 3 apps are well installed on your Android, notifications access granted, automatic start granted...
- Amazfit Tools is well connected to your Amazfit. You can test vibration in the Amazfit Tools settings
In Tasker:
-----------
Go to Task tab:
- Press the + sign at the bottom
- Name it: "Whatsapp Amazfit" for instance and press the tick. A blank screen opens.
- Hit again the + sign at the bottom
- Select Plugin -> Amazfit Tools
- Press top right corner, the pen
- Select the first choice: Customized notification (sorry, my menu in French says Notification personnalisée)
- At the bottom, select Customized sequence or something like that (my menu in French says Séquence personnalisée)
- Replace the proposed text sequence with: VT(1,WHATSAPP INCOMING CALL), VC(3, 1500, 200) then Press OK.
- Press Left arrow at the top left corner (exit Plugin Tasker)
- Press Left arrow again at the top left corner (exit Action edit)
- Test your Task by pressing play button on bottom left corner. Normally, your watch is alerting you with the right text. Ok?
Go to Profile tab:
- Press the + sign at the bottom
- Name it: "Whatsapp incoming call" for instance and press the tick.
- Select Event -> Plugin -> AutoNotification -> Intercept
- Press top right corner, the pen
- Press Action Type, then select Created
- Press Cancel Reason, then tick Original app cancelled, then press OK
- Press Apps, then select WhatsApp, then OK
- Press Text Filter, then Notification Text
- Enter the text corresponding to your language. You can get it by asking somebody to call you with a Whatsapp Call and check the text displayed on your phone. For instance, in French, it is: Appel vocal entrant
- Go back
- Press the “correct” tick from the top bar
- Press Left arrow at the top left corner (exit Event edition)
- Associate this profile with the Task previously created; "Whatsapp Amazfit"
- Press the “correct” tick from the top bar
Done.
Amazfit watches are amazing!!! It's true.
Note 1: It's not possible to accept or reject the Incoming WhatsApp calls from the Amazfit watches. You need to do it from your smartwatch screen. If somebody is able to do it, please let me know.
Note 2: However, it's possible to accept or reject Incoming normal calls from the Amazfit watches.
