I love the themes and how the icons cover every single app but I prefer the functionality of launcher pro. Are there theme packs like this for lpp? If so where could I find them?

Yes the are both for LPP...google it and search the Market.

A moderator can close this thread, I figured out that they are Nova Launcher's Actions icons built into the launcher. I'm on 2.3 so I thought it was an icon pack, until I recently watched a Holo Launcher vs Nova Launcher video and I saw the icons.

You can also download icon themer from playstore, but it will need xposed framework

Have it and works awesome but is there one for the icons like using nova launcher, I'm using pixel launcher that I flashed but it does not have a icon badge count.

Teslaunread is what you are looking for. It works with nova launcher, and it works nice well.
