You can read online as to what treble support really is. But with respect to mido. Treble roms are roms which enables treble compatibility in mido, while non treble are standard roms. Also rn the only non treble rom is Omni ig(i may be wrong) and that's just it

Come on dude why don't you try yourself. Here a lot of custom Roms available & almost stable.
I prefers RR 5.8.2 bcoz more customizations available.

You use any of those? Its better than miui 8?
I have used them all. Personally I recommend AOSiP and Nitrogen. I prefer AOSP Android so ofc it's better than miui

Stock Roms (MIUI) always Stable but lot of blotwares and unnecessary Google apps are pre installed and it's only Marshmallow OS.
Present I am using RR.
NOS also Good and both Roms are almost stable.
Focused on Stability (daily driver).
Tried them all... The most stable (batery+performance) is Lineage OS15.
this sub forum is not a competition

Extended or nightly? And which build?
Best oreo rom by far that I've used is not even on xda. It's alexey711 lineage extended. Smoothest running and has a ton of features. Bluetooth works great. Pretty much a perfect rom. It's on androidfilehost under his directory.

I've been thinking about giving it a shot on Cosmic. Reviews are great and all I need is a stock experience with stability (and gcam, lol).

You can, but I have, bluetooth headphones connection problems, call drops, and a few other bugs that I can't recall (lol). If customization is your requirement I suggest the Resurrection Remix rom.

You mean stock MIUI?? Dunno.
Why don't you update it unofficially? Unlock bootloader and install a custom Rom :silly:
There are tons of custom Roms to choose from.
MiracleDROID (previously elixirOS) is the most stable in my experience
2nd place are Firehound
but it goes back to everyone personal reference...

Hello brothers,
Can you please give me an advise ???
My device is mi a3 , What is the best one of custom roms thats give me many features more that stock rom and others custom roms.
Havoc OS and Evolution X.
According to my knowledge the best roms that have many customisation features for mi A3 would be Evolution X and Havoc OS.
But the development of Evolution X for mi A3 has been stopped I think and I had some issues while installing Havoc OS on my device

Why not use the stock Android 10 ROM? It's way stable than any custom ROMs. I'm using Android 10 stock ROM April build, rooted with magisk. I also installed Pix3lify and I installed EdExposed to use GravityBox.

What features are you looking for? I'm pretty sure GravityBox has them.
Stock ROMS are obviously way stable than any custom ROMS, it's a known fact. Besides fingerprint doesn't work properly on any custom ROMS and with the new Android 10 April build, fingerprint works very well and also works when the screen is off.

Will you get security updates when you install these plugs?
I tried miui.eu bitnet 11.2 beta is very pretty than stock rom and everything works very well, fingerprint is very speed than stock rom and the camera else.
i tried syberia, EvoX, pixel experience, those three are faster, less battery consumption, and receives officially updated by developers.
