The magic sim circuit that I bought recently does not work. I've bought it because I wanted to enable two different mobile phone accounts with two different SIM cards on my samsung galaxy note 3. Problem is that only the SIM card placed on the first slot of the phone is detected. The second one is not recognized. When I turn the phone on and I click on the DUAL sim app created by the magic-sim,the error message is always "no service available". I can give you more details...
my samsung note 3 runs on android 5.0
PIN is disabled in any sim card
I have a lot of sim cards. The first one has been bought on 2003,the newest ones one week ago. I tried to use different combinations of sim cards, but the circuit only worked the first time and then never worked anymore
These are the SIM cards that I've bought :
WIND sim 1,bought on 2003 and stored in another mobile phone : this is my primary phone number. On this number I have activated the transfer call...All the phone calls that I get here should be forwarded to SIM 5.
WIND sim 2,bought on 2018
TIM,bought on 2018
ILIAD,bought on 2018
Ho.MOBILE bought on 2018 : this is the sim card I prefer, because it has the most convenient plan.
what I want to do is : to place the SIM 5 on the slot 1 and the SIM 1 on the slot 2 of the note 3 or vicecersa...
Someone bought this product already and has had my problem and wants to help me ? thanks.

I bought a used Orange UK TG01, unlocked it with an unlock code, then flashed some cooked ROMs. Voice calls work perfectly, but a "Cannot connect for an unknown reason" comes out immediately when I use anything that needs a data connection. This even happens with a stock Hong Kong WM6.5 ROM.
Is my TG01 defective? I flash ROMs with SDDL+ and my microSD card is a Transcend 8GB microSDHC Class 6. The only things I haven't tried yet is using a microSD (<2GB) card and using the pin shorting method to flash ROMs instead of using SDDL+.
I'm in Hong Kong and my mobile operator is PCCW 3G. All connection settings are correct. The same settings and SIM card work with my HTC TyTN II.
Try this....
Change your sim card with your friends or your wife's. I am thinking that your phone company is the problem. I had the exact same problem with my phone here in Japan. Said something just like your message. So I swapped the sim card with the sim card in my wife's phone and boom... my phone worked perfectly. I had to call my phone company over and over and over again, then they said that they will "refresh" my phone account and it took three days. So... just try a different sim in your phone, the problem you are describing is EXACTLY the same as I experienced. No data connection, but SMS(I think.. I am not sure, it happened to me three years ago) and phone works fine.
Check it out, tell me what happened when you swap sim cards?

Luckily my operator happens to be carrying out some network upgrades which requires me to get a new SIM card from them, no phone calls needed.
I got my new 64K SIM card and bam, everything works perfectly now! The chip on the SIM card is smaller than my previous SIM card.
I used my tablet (Galaxy tab 10.1 P7500) with wifi only for almost 1 year. Recently I bought a SIM card (regular, not mini SIM) for using 3G with my tablet. It worked for about 10 days and then stopped working. Surprisingly, when I took the SIM out and tried to use with a phone, the SIM failed to register with the network! My operator told me that the SIM has been probably damaged and replaced it with another. In another 10 days I am facing the same problem again!
I wish to make these clear:
- I inserted the SIM properly into the tablet as per the instructions. I had not removed it thereafter. So, there is no probability of damage.
- In both the instances, the SIM looked perfectly all right. Not even a scratch!
- My operator swears that the problem is with the tablet and it does something to the SIM and makes it non-functional.
My questions:
1) What is the possible reason behind this?
2) Can the tablet work with a regular SIM?
3) Can the tablet damage a regular SIM with 10 days of use?
4) Should I use a micro SIM?
5) Will the problem recur with a micro SIM?
Any help will be highly appreciated! Thanks!
what I did when got the same problem

1)dust or movement of the card
You can use only the same size of sim as you had, the size doesn't matter, it just need to "seat" right
Try: buy a fresh new eraser for the old school pencils and gently clean the SIM card - only a new eraser so you won't damage it, don't push too hard, this way you remove any small parts on it that could block it.
Eject your SIM card only when the system is shut down. and restore it in shutdown mode again.
Be sure you turn your wifi off before shuting down so you could initialize the sim at boot and see if you got conection.
Good Luck.
Hi everyone,
I had been using a phone Huawei Y635 (rooted, RR 5.8.4) for several days with my mobile operator (Vodafone), surfing in 3g and 4g with no problems, when yesterday I had to insert another mobile operator sim card (3 Italia, which is based on UMTS system) and the phone didn’t detect it.
So I did some tests that I will list below:
1. I inserted the same 3 sim card in another phone (Lumia 925) and it worked perfectly;
2. I tried a second 3 sim card – that usually works in a Samsung A5 – and, again, the Y635 didn’t detect it;
3. I did a counter-check by inserting another mobile operator sim card (Tim) in the Huawei Y635 e this one had been detected at the first shot.
4. I checked the sim cards were well inserted in their lodgings and I also tried to use both the sim slots (it’s a dual sim phone), but nothing changed.
5. Finally, I went to a 3 Center, and you can imagine what kind of assistance those girls could have given to me...
I know that some Chinese phones had problems with 3 operator, such us IMEI problems, etc., but I understood it’s a problem that shows only in terminals which set Mediatek processors.
The Y635 has a Snapdragon processor. I don’t remember the code, but it’s not Mediatek.
Do you have any idea about it?
anyone can help me?
Hello,
I brought realme 1 in Delhi a few days earlier. I left India and I am currently living in Nepal. When I tried to put the Nepalese sim card, it says your phone is customized. The phone is not accepting the sim card and the sim card remains in disabled mode. Is there any alternative to enable the sim card? Looks like I am in big trouble.
My new Note 9 Pro's second sim card is not working..... Looks like it is blocked by my service provider. The sim tray's second sim slot has been sealed. I got another sim tray and inserted a second sim but still no luck...... Anyone with some ideas? I would like to use the second sim for extra data
