Hi everyone, I'm on RR Oreo and I want to downgrade my phone to MM and Existenz , but I can't do it. I try to install stock ftf with flashtool but it got an error(says error: null) and I can't go to stock rom. Existenz says required stock mm. I'm still on RR and I want your help. Thanks to everyone.
Try using an older version of flashtool.
flashtool-0.9.18.6 worked for me

2. Can I disable Hardware keys and Enable NavBar? That's the reason I use RR Rom.

I hope they will fix the notification in status bar!

I installed that version through OTA updater with TWRP, then i downloaded it and tried to flash through TWRP again and i cant boot to system, it boots back to twrp. I done a factory reset and everything. Now i am going to flash latest Miui 9 GLobal stable using Mi flash to see if i can boot.

This is for Mi8 (dipper) not explorer. So it should work
You can flash this only with TWRP. I guess.

For boot it you need to flash dm Verity or magisk

Oh well... too late. I flashed it through Mi flash. I will try again tho. I want Miui10. It's a shame that the developer version will never get OTA to the stable one.
Edit: I forgot about rollback protection. I will wait.

No, you can flash it only with TWRP or with a Closed-Beta-Verified Account.

Yes you can, though you will lose all sensors :/ and then you will have to install a custom rom for getting again the sensors...

Flash android 10 pixel experience first and then stock android 9 if you don't wanna lose the sensors.

I've successfully rolled back 3 times using this method. I have to note that the custom rom must use a pie vendor for the sensors to work on rollback. Last time i downgraded, it was april i think, pixel experience was still using a pie vendor.

In my case Widevine L1 was preserved. However i strongly suggest checking detailed guides before attempting to downgrade.
Finally got back into stock rom Android 9 ?.. it was getting bootloop after I switched from miui11! Then I cleaned ART and slot A from twrp. Then loads !
