The Google FRP is my problem . I have tried vol down with power button it only lets me set it back asking for google sign in. I have searched everywhere online how to get into download mode, when i try the LG logo then tracfone appears bringing phone back to where I started. finding Stock ROM is almost impossible..any help would be appreciated thank you

I dont remember my login info and I have created a new account with google can you help finding stock ROM for this device and I will try to use it with Odin to fix the phone

Hi that does not work either press and holding on the @ key on types a @ on sign in..think trashing phone is my best option thank you for your help though

I had a rooted S2 GT-I9100G with Stock 4.0.3, I9100GXXLPQ, I9100GODDLP7 on it.
Today I tried to upgrade it to Stock 4.0.4, I9100GXXLPZ, I9100GODDLP9 through Mobile Odin Pro.
I did what I normally do with options ticked and wipe data & cache and wipe Dalvik cache.
After phone rebooted , its stuck on First screen of "Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-I9100G" screen.
Its not going into download mode neither its restarting nor I could find a solution anywhere else.
Its my father's phone and is out of warranty.
What should I do?
I start this thread in hope that you all might be able to help me.

Thanks for replying, If I could I would have, since i couldnt that is the reason I posted on XDA to find out the alternate solution.
To flash through PC Odin I have to be in download mode, as mentioned clearly , I am unable to get into download mode.
So, now if you know how to flash through PC Odin without getting into DOwnload Mode, please do let me know .

For now ... Try to take out the Battery
And see if you could get into Recovery .
If you could get into Recovery .. WipeData and Cache manually and try to reboot again ..

Ok...are you sure about can't go into download mode? Press volume down, home and power button simultaneously... do not let go...keep on pressing until the phone lights up...if not, try volume up, home and power...you should get into recovery mode...if you are able to, just factory reset and try again...

took out battery, sd card & sim card for being cautious.
Left phone switched off for 15 mins.
Turned it on after 15 mins 1.) Vol up+home+power 2.) Vol Down+home+power ...... nothing neither getting into recovery mode nor getting into download mode.
And no I dont have jig. Thans for suggestion though.

If I am not supposed to start a thread, then what should I do ? The reason I started the thread 'cause the FIrmware and version of operating both were new and were not be found by me in the forum.
Please guide me so I know and can educate others too.

Duh...in the Q&A section...I have already gave you some advice... tried it?
Ok...seems that you got a hard brick...the only way is to get a usb jig or a jtag unit...but try a jig first...it is easy...I even made one myself...

Connect ur charger with phone if it shaw you charging then ok...try above given methods...
Bt if It won't charge it means you breaks your phone...
And it is hard break so only samsung care helps you if ur phone is in warrenty otherwise it is so costly...

Thanks all for your help, time and suggestions.
The phone was not charging and eventually died cause of low/no battery.
I took that phone to a Samsung care centre and they are going to fix it , lucky to have a friend working their.

My issue is that I bought a LG phone Optimus LTE2 and I root it. The blunder i made that I removed some system applications.
When I restart phone, it didn't. I tried to enter in recovery mode(power+volume up+home) and download mode(power+volume down+home) but nothing happened. Even it didn't start.
So i searched on korean forums and found a very helpful forum on this particular mobile. From here I downloaded some ROMS and kdz of this mobile.
Now the current situation is that my phone is not powering up by pressing power button.
The problem is that where should i start now? how can it unbrick my phone?. any tools?
Please help me in this as I am very worry about it.

but is he powers up "somehow" try flash stock or custom rom

I have a huge problem now , flashed SLICK ROM , then decided to flash carbon, because i din't like Slick ROM, but since the ROM is stock Based i just manually turned of the phone & manually tried to boot into CWM recovery now the phone has a black screen & won't pass the LG LOGO , i pressed & hold the power button to see if that turns of the phone & reboots me back to the ROM but nop that's not the issue , now my issue is the phone is completely black screen & won't pass the LG logo :-'(

I'm tying to restore with LGNPST but this is what i get & I'm kinda confuse on what to do, i try to select a BIN file to flash but when LGNPST gives me the BIN search option i have the file placed in my desktop but with the program it does not appear :'(

I have been able to get out of this by plugging and unplugging power cord while spamming power button until charge animation shows on screen. Most people take the phone apart and disconnect the battery. If you try my method don't give up right away, it took at least 10 minutes each time.
Edit..... I think I held the power button pressed while inserting and removing cord from charge port.

Are you able to go into recovery.?
If your phone isn't switching on and u desperately wanna get it back on.. Then go to recovery, do wipe data /factory reset... Don't do anything else.... Just restart and see if it works...
If it doesn't download the stock rom for your phone.. Download Odin... Go into download mode by taking of the Bantry reinserting it and pressing vol down+home+power buttons simultaneously... And then install drivers for your phone on my and connect it to comp and flash it... You'll get many guides for Odin flashing method...
If you are rooted and have a custom rom already installed then after wiping data.. Install the rom again which you had installed before or any other rom... And you'll have your phone working....

just search and you will find same problem of another user

I was too lazy to watch the entire video, just skipped through it, but I didn't see you trying the button combo to get to Download Mode? It's Vol Down + Home + Power then Volume Up after the warning screen. There's no way it boots to the splash screen but can't get to Download Mode.

That's crazy odd. I've worked on at least a 100 different kinds of Samsung's and have never seen that. Long story short : No Download Mode = needing a JTAG service unless there is a USB jig specifically for your device, which might or might not work to force it into Download Mode.

I told u! If it goes download mode it will just appear blue screen then turn off!

Okay so my phone randomly rebooted 2 days ago and when it got to the LG logo screen it froze. I tried to hard reset it, i went in to the hard reset menu clicked yes once then confirmed the hard reset by selecting yes a second time and the phone froze on highlighted yes. I have pulled the battery and tried to do this multiple times to no avail. So next i went to my PC and started google searches. Often i found things such as being stuck in boot loop which my phone wasn't, it was just frozen at the LG logo screen. Regardless I like to think of myself as self educated tech savvy (which now from reading all of your posts im not, im not even a little bit, in fact im tech stupid.) I did follow post through to the LGUP tool and downloaded a stock KDZ and got my phone into download mode>firmware update screen, i was able to get al the correct drivers and get LGUP to recognize the device and i loaded the stock KDZ and tried to do a Complete wipe reinstall. The program as able to interact with my device and went through the process, i thought i had fixed my phone. After a fresh install(or what i thought was a fresh install) i rebooted after the update and went to the LG logo screen and froze. The only difference is now when my phone starts, right before the LG logo appears i get the green android robot with what looks like open working "guts" real quick before it goes to the Logo and freezes. So back to the drawing board and i wanted to attempt some of the things ive seen like TWRP recovery etc but here i am getting lost. Forgive me if im posting things that have been answered but i keep getting confused. I dont know what the difference is between fastboot boot loader recovery mode or any of that is. also i kept noticing time and time again that my phone has to be in USB debugging mode and i dont know if it is. I cant turn my phone on to get it into USB debugging mode now anyways. Im okay with my warranty being voided and im okay with rooting if thats what i have to do to make it work. I have installed ADB and fastboot and some twrp recoveries etc but im clueless. Lastly know that i never Rooted my phone or anything but i was a torrent downloader. forgive me im triyng to provide as much information as possible.
