I have version 0323 of this rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/one.../rom-cyanogenmod-13-x-oneplus-x-onyx-t3279784 installed and I dont have custom recovery flashed I just boot into TWRP whenever I need to. Today I decided to flash 4K camera mod, but when I tried to boot into TWRP and abd said this (see picture). I've used a lot of different roms before this one and i've never had any problems with this.
It is a unoffical CM13 rom and I have unlocked my bootloader with fastboot oem unlock command and I have checked enable OEM unlock in the developer options. So should I try to unlock bootloader again?
Your bootloader is obviously locked. Try and see if you can unlock it via fastboot.
I'm currently running Aerom and the OEM unlock option does not allow flashing recovery via fastboot although I'm sure I've done it in the past with either stock or CM13.
Can someone on stock please confirm wether OEM unlock works?
Firstly, i already unlock my bootloader and root using twrp recovery after wrong flash file i was format my device my bootloader has set to phone unlock oem lock. I cannot unlock bootloader bcause cannot enable oem unlock in developer menu. Please how to solved this.
I have a G960u1 and it comes with a locked boot-loader, is there any way to unlock it by flashing a stock rom? If that isn't possible what other methods could i use to either root or unlock my boot-loader?
Simple question: Is ist possible to get a Bootloader IMG and unlock it manually via pc, then flash it? getting the img and flashing it would be no problem for me, but is it possible to unlock the img?

Unlocking a device's bootloader typically is done via device's Developer options -> OEM unlock. Or by means of Fastboot, if on device USB debugging is turned on.
