If the charger have a USB port, then you're good to go, but just make shure the output voltage is around 3.7~5V DC (Altough I think that every phone in the world uses that voltage )

I would recommend you buy the Anker PowerLine Micro USB with Aramid Fiber.
This cable has charged various of my devices (all with fast/turbo charging) since almost two years. I use the Moto usb only for data transfer or when i need to use fastboot.

I have a lot of cheap cables, even only for charging(no data cable) and all worked with qc for me
any would work i guess.. I use the original MI cable just in case!

Turbo charging doesn't depend on your cable( unless you have a cable sitting around for decades ). Although you would not get the turbo charging notification still you can get the same milliamps. Use an app like ampere to measure that. I use personally use redmi note 4 charger cable and it also turbo charges.
Cable matters, tested many of them and not all of them can provide QC. Have positive experience with Aukey and its subbrand CRDC (even preferrable, as you will get same quality with lower price)

A regular 3.0 fast charger will charge the phone but it won't provide supercharge
it finally arrived,can't wait to try it.
A quick heads up : got it and used it intensively during 3 weeks. It works like a charm being able to charge (and not just maintaining battery level as my previous quick charge car charger with Sony XZ) despite waze open in full brightness and Spotify in background using data.

There's loads of cheap (under £10) Supercharge car chargers on Aliexpress and Ebay - I'm using a 3 port one from Ali that works perfectly (it gets identified as Supercharging the phone OK with the correct logo and will charge my phone when I'm driving with Waze and Spotify open etc)

Yup, I use these cables and have for are least a year. They are great USB cables. You can even get a magnetic dock as well as micro USB and lightning adapters. You need the purple cables in order to get WARP charging. I have these all over the house for all our phones.

Why don't you order warp charger with cable from AliExpress? It doesn't cost much there. I have one for my car and it works well
I noticed the Amazon link wasn't working for the magnetic cables. Use these warp charging cables instead. Actually they are of higher quality in my opinion and they definitely work as well.
