Searching the internet I came here to change the rom of my phone, use the hard reset and did not have any problem in the process, then asks me to restart the phone, restarted, and when a screen turns white and does not come out of it, no more than anything.
I'm a little desperate now, I know there is a high-value mobile but it cost me to raise the money to buy it, I hope you have a solution and can help me.
From already thank you very much
PS: sorry for my bad English, I am South American
Sounds like you flashed and incompatable ROM or didn't use hard_spl either way go over to the htc official website - click support find your device and it will list some stock ROMs download an official ROM using the S/N from underneath the battery - Make sure the battery has plenty of charge - plug into your PC and load the stock htc ROM file this should take you through all the standard ROM flash info and will then flash the stock ROM onto your device. Hopefully this will flash back to stock for you and no more white screen.
Good luck and let us know how it went

I think that what you say is only for original phone htc diamond 2, since according to official rom I read are for the real htc diamond 2.
The mine is not original, as it says is a Chinese clone t5388i, please follow the screen in white, would greatly appreciate if someone helps me out of this problem is quite afflicted.
Again sorry for my bad English
sorry missed the clone bit on your topic . I don't have a clone myself so no ideas if the hard reset works. Might be a good idea to post which ROM you flashed to it
good day
the mobile screen just stayed white and does not know how I can flash now, there will be someone who has been the same and have a solution? I appreciate it, I would be very helpful.
Greetings
HTC_NEW, please check this topic. It's dedicated to the clone phones (except the T5388++ who has it's own topic)
There is a tool called k3AID available who could help you. It's posted in that topic about 50 posts ago. I have a copy if you need it.
There is also another possibility to do a blind flash. This means the screen is not working but the phone can still be flashed. First thing is get the correct firmware for your phone because each time you flash the phone can get bricked / defect.
If my feedback helps you to solve your problem, please give me a thanks on the post.

IDT flash... I think everybody who is doing this experiments have this software...
K3AID... h++p://www.ulozto.cz/6556122/k3firstaid-exe
can switch phone to "download" state even if the HW keys are not working
it suppose working ActiveSync connection (downloaded from mobileuncle com) not my own sw...
Sometimes may be a bit dificult to get K3AID working.. it can show some error message like "RTM state Error" - You need to install h++p://www.ulozto.cz/6556123/cabviaactivesync-1-5-setup-exe
and h++p://www.ulozto.cz/6556124/gb-ppc-2-1-3-20090929-cab

@HTC_NEW: Did you do the following steps according to reeprich instructions? What was the end result?
I did read that you used the calibration menu but I expect that you should use the download firmware menu. Is that available? ( I had the software installed but my virus scanner complained that there is a virus in the tmp file...) What's more important if your phone does not work anymore... Please be aware that this is a possible virus.
Removing the battery for a couple of minutes can help for restarting the phone.

I have done the same thing with my t5388i clone from china.

I used the SOLONOMI t5388i rom, and now it is BRICK - white screen.

I had the same problem.
I used the rom postet from parabellum20000 (post # 1354) in this thread:

P.S.Please remember, flashing your phone with a wrong ROM is the safest way to brick (damage) it. So do not do it if it isn’t really necessary!

Hi all,
I have looked for a similar post, I found out that many people experienced something like that trying unlocking their phones, but I haven't found out any solution.
Here is my situation:
I have tried to unlock my s5830 (orange spain carrier), I have used a method which it seems to be dangerous for the phone, but of course I have found out it was dangerous after I have already tried it
Anyway after I discovered the unlock number contained in the perso.txt file in the efs folder, my phone restarted without service once and after that it went in a bootloop mode, it goes on a download mode, but there is no way to get back recovery mode or a normal boot.
I flashed the s5830 several times with many firmware, but no one worked, and the phone is still stuck in an infinite loop, in which I am not even able to see the samsung logo coming out at the very beginning.
I know many phones got bricked in this way, I wanted to know if anybody has been able to recover the phone or if anybody know any possible solution.
And if not, do you know if the warranty is covering this problem? I just got the phone a couple months ago; i have unlocked other devices before, but this is the first time I have experienced a problem so I am quite new about warranty as well. Please HELP ME
Merry Christmas guys!!!
Thanks in advance

with the cellphone off, put out ur baterry for a minute, then maintain ur finger into the volume down button and the power button tell a friend or if u can alone insert the batery while quickly pressing volume down and power button to get into download mode, and flash.
Hehehe, bootloop is horrible, you just have to get in download mode & flash with 2.3.4 firmware with Odin, just that steps and you save your SGA.
I got bootloop many times and Odin saved me.

he cant go back in recovery mod............
If you can go to recovery mode than you can just wipe the data and cache. This saved me many times. Otherwise on what ever OS you may be , just create new user name after removing samsung android drivers. Login from new user name and than re install drivers again and now flash your phone from firmware which was installed on your phone before you bricked it. This helped me a few times.

It seems that you've already received a lot of help for unbricking your device. So I'll try to help out in unlocking your phone after you finished unbricking it.
This is the method I personally used on my locked Ace:

It's perfectly safe. 100%.

thank you very much I will follow your advice...IF I will be able to get my phone back which seems impossible =(
@dr_vishal
Thank you first of all, I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the android device driver, but it doesn't seems to be the problem, Odin ends with a "PASS" at the end, I guess there still is comunication in the between the two devices...
Hopefully it will be a Merry Christmas =)
It's not impossible. I'm relatively new here but I have noticed quite a few "bricked" threads already. Most of them (if not all) have been able to fix their device. I haven't seen a single person permanently brick their device, so I would guess that your chances of fixing it are really high. Just be patient and keep describing your situation and more experienced help will certainly arrive. I'd really like to help out but I have no idea how to fix it as I have not experienced bricking my phone yet.
Anyway, if the method for unlocking I suggested works for you kindly press the Thanks Button. Merry Christmas!

I messed up with the efs, and I guess that's all, the phone is gone....now it needs a JTAG or whatever is its name....
maybe to get the warranty still valid I should broke totally the phone over charging it....??

just a thought
a lot of people have talked about reflashing it and all but have you managed to get into the recovery mode at all once you have reinstalled the rom with odin? if you can get to that you just need to hit factory reset, wipe cache and wipe dalvik and normaly after that it will work fine... so far ive been stuck in soft brink 3 times and each time doing the wipes from the recovery mode has worked...

I've tried to use the oneclick, but it seems it doesn't recognize the phone, since, i guess, it's made for a galaxy s.
The others are not my case, since I am able to get download mode, and all these are made to can get it back.
Anyway I found out a post in which the people were talking about the s5500, which apparentely is similiar to my device, and the owners of that model experienced a similar problem doing the same process....anyway in that post the people needed to use a Jtag, which is the only way to get it back....so I though it could be the same solution for my problem...but I don't know anybody with Jtag, so the only way is contacting the service center.
thanks anyway, when I will be back at home after Christmas I will try to find the ticket and I will probably try to get it back in warranty, since is preatty new...
@torchwolfery
I am not able to reach recovery mode, there is no way to get it back, even flashing the phone with different firmwares, all I got is download mode, and apparently that is completely pointless...since the only change in the phone behavior is that if i install a certain firmwares it doesn't even have the back-light working when it is stuck in bootloop.
Warranty is your only hope (as it was mine once and it worked).
I didn't think it was possible to brick these phones. There I have tried so much to try and brick it but I have not been able to as it still always goes into 'download' mode. The only advice I can give you is double check that you are using the correct version of Odin which is v4.38 and that you use cooper v1.0 as your OPS. If dont mind me asking, but exactly what did you do or do you remember the steps you took to brick it? What buttons are you using for 'recovery' mode.
Also please clarify if Odin is going in a loop or does the phone come on and then keeps rebooting? If it is the phone that keeps rebooting, then wiping cache and data partition should do the trick. This can be done by going into recovery mode (which I am aware you cannot get into) or if you can manage to get into the dialler quick enough before the reboot, by dialling *7267*3855# and that should format the relevant partitions (data and cahce) and bring it back to factory settings. Without further info, I cannot really tell exactly what the situation is.
The fact that you are getting 'download' mode, I dont think that it is bricked because it will still allow you to write the relevant directory/files to the relevant blocks. Either way, would be interested to know.
Hi everyone, I think I just bricked my device. I got my new e970 with 4.04 yesterday and today when trying to flash the new 4.1.2 using lgnpst tool, the process halted at 85% giving out an error stating that the firmware isn't supported. When I unplugged the phone and tried to boot, nothing happened. I am assuming that it's bricked.
Additional info:
When I hold the power button for 30 secs while connected via usb, the red led flashes for 2-3 secs and the PC makes a sound as if it had detected a new hardware (but nothing happens though )
On opening the device manager, I was able to see a "Qualcom HS-USB QDLoader" under the ports tab. And the "usual unknown" device offcourse.
The device wasn't rooted or bootloader unlocked
PS: I have tried to enter the download mode. But it didn't work either.
Help of any kind is welcome
I am sorry to tell you that is a hard brick. It needs to be jtagged, search for Mobiletechvideos.com

If you really just got it brand new, just take it back, tell them it was working then just completely stopped.
Next time let the firmware update over the air, personal recommendation
Then freegee yourself, and you may never have to see LGNPST ever. (I've never used it so, here's hoping)
Also, if the OTA update isn't showing up, call AT&T and tell them to push the update, they will.

Thanks for your reply guys. @adfurgerson That's correct. India it is. And I've checked the options available for JTAG ing the phone, but there are no reliable people here. @[r.]GimP lol, I don't think LG would be that trusting to believe that the bootloader self destructed by itself. One of the first threads where I went to search desperately for help
JTagging did the trick!
Hello everyone, I just thought of sharing my experience resurrecting my hard bricked ATT LG Optimus G. After various desperate attempts to recover the device without opening it, I was left with no choice but to send it for JTagging. Amid safety concerns, I sent the phone for repair at a local store in Chennai and amazingly, the phone got back in brand new, fully working condition!! The servicing cost just 1500 Rupees and took 6 hours. If anyone wants information about the store, you can PM me.
Recently rooted my tablet using Kingoroot, succesfully rooted the device but like many others on the next reboot have gotten stuck in infinite boot screen.
Factory resets have not fixed it so I am trying to source the firmware for it so I can reflash it. Seems to be a rebranded Allwinner device.
Tablet details are:
Pendo Pad 7" PNDP51M7BLU (BLU is just the case colour.)
aka Allwinner PNDP51M7
Android Lollipop 5.1
boot screen gives the number A33_D71C_U712HB2C_PG.1508101.20150902 which is how I discovered it's an allwinner A33 device.
I have searched for firmware myself, but all the A33 firmware collections I have found so far do not seem to have this device listed
Any help in sourcing the correct software I need would be massively appreciated. I have contacted Pendo to see if they can help with the neccesary files, but am yet to hear back from them.
Thanks.
If it helps.
I have another of these tablets that I could possibly rip what is needed from if it is possible. Although I have read around some backups can only be used on the device they were made on.
Hey
I also have a pendopad 7 with 5.1 lollypop.
A33 quadcore 1gb ram and 1024 x 768 res i think.
I have a similar bootloop after kingroot.
My systemui.apk crashes and it just stays there forever.
Mine is black though .
PNDP51M7BLK
I have contacted pendopad and they say send it back and claim insurance .
I am in europe and cant afford to send it back
Just not worth it
Lol , I think we have similar problem here mate .
Okay , here is the update.
I have tried 50 plus firmwares for A33 and just got to one which is 4,4 and touchscreen is offsett by a big margin. Touch is not in sync. So the hunt continues. Is there a way where we can know what mainboard we have then perhaps may be can find one. I think its by inet so any a33 inet firmwares might be worth a try.

Thanks for replying, got the same reply from Pendo. Send it in, but no longer under warranty (rooting would of voided it anyway if it was) and even though I am in Australia where Pendo is located be faster and cheaper to buy another tablet.
I have been able to find this which lists all the hardware:
specdevice.com/showspec.php?id=d476-7462-0033-c5870033c587
Says the mainboard is EXDROID
And yeah I need to get Android 5 or higher on it as I use, or did use, this tablet to fly my quadcopter and its software is not compatible with anything lower.
Frustrating as the tablet itself is fine it's just the OS that seems buggered, thank you very much Kingoroot
While it sucks to have the issue it is good to see someone else have it and reply. Was beginning to think I'd find no help on this site. I have had no luck at all getting a fix, here's hoping you fare better.
I do have one possible solution Max, I do have here the same tablet, one that works. I could, if it is possible, dump the firmware from that? If you know how I will do it and give you a copy to use also.
This is how my recovery looks like with a hit and try firmware. Just the touch is offset and its on 4.4. Thought its exdroid
Can I have a look at ur recovery just in case.
You access it by pressing n holding volume down button and power it on.

ok, seems to register the battery as low charge, and also shows the battery draining rapidly even though I believe it should have enough charge.
Wifi, touch screen, sound. All seem to be working ok. sounds a little quiet. Says there is an update but won't do it unless I can get my battery to register over 30% charged.....even if the tablets plugged into my pc or power point.
Really need to find if it is possible to do a rom dump on this other tablet I have without rooting it. I am worried about bricking it like I have this one if I do a root to dump it.
True say man true say.
We f*** it up first time when we tried to root and put twrp.
What we can do is
Experiment with root and twrp on the one thats already messed up and once we know everything that works , we put it on the factory one
Dump it and install one the other one (i.e the messed one )
I will give the rom you provided a try and provide feedback on that.
I was just going to dump this tab. But oh well i live in sweden now and all of a sudden I care a lot about environment
Cheers mate . miss the wierd aussie timings

Edited these posts as I have found a 5.1.1 rom that seems to be the perfect fit. looks and behaves like pendo's in every way minus the bloat.

I can confirm the roms works absolutely flawless. Everything works perfect. Camera is inverted but I can live with it
Now if we find one root and twrp method , all would be sorted for this tablet:good::good:
I am still amazed how you found out this rom. I have searched every possible website and forum but all in vain .. Kudoos to you man .
How to flash
Hi Guys,
what did you use to try and flash this tablet? I have it showing up as connected in the intel platform flash tool but cannot load the rom into that.
And ADB says no devices found.
Note my pad does nothing, no screens, all I get is the Intel USB flash thing show up in device manager when I plug it in to my pc.
Sirs might I offer you dragonfave firmware edit to modify firmware?
How to flash it
@max414 how did you flash the firmware in mate? I've tried update from SD card in recovery but get a error 5 seconds into the system update screen

I am having the same boot looping issue on my girly purple pendo. I downloaded the rom that was further up the thread but being a noob at this I have no idea how to get the rom from my pc to the tablet so if someone could point me in the right direction or tell me how to do this it would be greatly appreciated
Hello guys!
I need a big help!
I have a meizu pro 7 (128GB). Have a bootloop and want now flash again with the stockrom "Variation A".
I can start in fastboot variation.
Who can help me? I have downloaded the last flyme-rom.
What did i have to do to "unbrick" my phone?
Thanks for help!
Best regards peter
Hello guys!
I have solved the problem!
When you start the phone in "recovery mode" and connect the phone to a computer so you will find a drive with "recovery". At this drive you can copy an "update.zip" (a-rom) and start at the phone. So it will restart and reboot.
I hopy anyone can use it.
best regards
peter
Did you ever figure out if this is possible?
Im in a bootloop and the recovery on this phone only give 2 options ive been trying to figure out how to sideload but without a proper recovery i cant do iot
fastboot takes commands but without a bootloader unlock and a recovery worth a **** i think its a fools errand. meizu is no help ive heard either
If you have damaged the stock recovery image, there is no option to restore. you need to pack the phone and send it to a Meizu dealer for reflash.
I have a brand new pro 7 plus Stuck at the FLYME with the turning logo . Shame really I didn't do anything out of the ordinary and now it's a 600 paperweight. Where is a service e center ? Nightmare this is ......I even contacted Meizu directly they basically told me to go @#$% myself ...

If its on Logo rotating, the bootloader probably is fine. You need to find the same version of the software that you have had on your phone. Then you go to recovery and flash it. There are two ticks, before the flash process begins. Mark both. Flash, reboot and it should be as good as new.
I wish you were right but I've tried flashing every fw under the sun and it's either corrupt or too old. I'm all ears though if you have suggestions going forward . You are correct in describing my situation. Thanks in advance

Hi, I'm sorry dude but we're in the same boat. There is a problem with the Chinese variant, when you flash a beta A firmware and then flash the G firmware, the phone gets stuck and you can't update to any firmware anymore. We asked Meizu on the Flyme forums for a while (it's been a while our phone is useless), a moderator said not long ago that apparently they will release a new firmware which fixes that, I'm not certain about it but it's our best bet at this point. Either that, or if someone with enough knowledge manages to find a way to unlock the bootloader.
Here is the link to the bug report if you want to click the "I have the same" button and, maybe make them hurry a bit?
