After searching many times in Google and You Tube.. I found some websites and videos to root and a custom recovery for the mobile.....
Here are the links for those guides....

@kalpesh137 managed to root the mobile.....with twrp....screenshot is by him..
But I don't know how he did that...
He tested that cyanogen recovery is working....(i.e., the first file I attached is cyanogen recovery)
Below attachments are from above sites....

I have two apparently-identical Chinese S5 clones, delivered running Kitkat. They are labelled "Model:S5 Quad Core", are sold as Haipai and self-identify as Alps. They are MTK6582-based with 1GB/4GB:

Unfortunately, I've managed to brick one of them. No problem, I thought - take a ROM dump from the other, and restore it to the bricked one.
But while MTK Droid Tools appears to create the ROM dump OK, and SP Flash Tool communicates with the brick and appears to download the ROM to it, the brick still won't boot. No splash screen, nothing - just a glow to show the backlight is active behind a blank screen.
I've flashed it with and without the preloader, I've Googled extensively and tried other suggested things, such as using the scatter file from before Droid Tools packages the ROM to download, and in desperation I've tried it as a firmware upgrade, etc. Nothing works.
What have I missed? There must be something! Are there any other software tools I could try? Should the MTK Droid Tools ROM dump actually work with a 6582-based handset?!
Argh!! :crying:
I have a black haipai s5 but it is software bricked and it does not boot anymore! stuck on welcome splash screen
can you dump the rom and share it to me so i can flash it?!?!
thank you very much sir!

Hi XDA Developers . I'm here with my little problem - I've a tablet which I unfortunately broken because I flashed wrong recovery and system from Xiron 10.
And this is my question - How can I make tablet alive? I already tried PhoenixSuite, but I can't find a suitable system.img for it. On the distributor page - in this case Trekstor i can only find a .zip file. How to create a .img for this device? I can do this alone, but please I must have some pointings, what to do?
I am novice in ROM creating and development.
PS. Tablet have a Allwinner A31 SoC.
Best regards,
Luke.

Files in Surftab .zip Archive
Files in unpacked ICOO ICOU7GT directory
PS. This device is clone of ICOO ICOU7GT or Ritmix RMD-770, but with slightly modified system files i think.
PS2. I see, that a ICOU7GT has a 3 .fex files that are compatible with my tablet, but changing it in directory of ICOO, repacking and flashing into device results in Boot Splash and nothing else.
