AMAZFIT BIP connects as HRM on Iphone but not android - Amazfit

I have noticed that when the Amazfit BIP is connected to Iphone then strava, runtastic etc detect it as a bluetooth HRM and display heart rate for real time monitoring. But when doing the same on Android, none of these apps detect it. Anyone knows the reason

A lesser known app MotiFit connects on Android as HRM but not the better known fitness apps

xiaomi PACE with STRATOS functions

Hello guys
This is really a fantastic watch, I have and like the xiaomi PACE, but I like more of the sports functions of STRATOS.
In STRATOS it is possible to connect a bluetooth HR sensor, to visualize the gps route with the fixed display, and to visualize the analysis of (VO2).
My question is?
Is it possible to install these functions in xiaomi PACE, is there any way to do this?
Thank you all

Pairing ANT+ Sensors with Amazfit Watches (Stratos /GTR)

Hi All,
I am looking to purchase an amazfit watch either GTR or Stratos.
The main aim will be to record the cycling data now and in future running and swimming.
I have ANT+ Bluetooth cadence sensor.
Has anyone tried connecting such sensors with Amazfir watches?
What are your experiences of these sensors with watches?
check this video it may help you .
just type on youtube
How to pair Amazfit Stratos to Bluetooth chest strap or arm band
Thanks for the Video but it does not says anything about the cadence sensor.
There are few comments on the video where people are struggling to get the Cadence sensor linked.
Pace, Stratos and Verge support only HR external sensors, and only Bluetooth ones (no ANT+, they aren't the same), probably the same goes for the new Stratos 3.
The "dumb" devices like BIP, GTR or GTS don't support any AFAIK.

I have checked with Cadence sensor, it wont pair. Only Heart rate monitor (HRM) straps gets paired.
They should have allowed all external accessories with bluetooth, dont understand why they allowed only HRM when the watch already has optical HRM.

Stratos 3 inside cycling

Hello community! I would like to ask some. I use a spinning bike at home. Does the app of amazfit stratos 3 allows you to modify the measurements or to add km, cadence, speed at your workout?

Helllo! I also bought this watch for cycling training mainly but I found it to be a scam! The watch has 80 sports without being able to display data for all of them, it just boasts that it has many sports. The main problem with cycling is that it does not recognize the Cadence And Speed sensors. The above sensors are the main cause of indoor measurement. Cadence is also an important element for cyclists. Another nonsense that this watch has is that it tries to locate GPS in the internal cycling profile, for what reason?
Has anyone connected Bluetooth Cadence and Speed sensors to the watch?
I imagine NO !!!

Bip S - No altitude data for recorded workouts

I switched from Bip to Bip S.
The Bip S with firmware 2.1.1.26 shows "no data recorded for: altitude" after recording a workout with GPS.
When I export the training to a .gpx file I can see <ele> elementes but with strange values like:
<ele >-4000000.0</ele>
or
<ele >-1.0E7</ele>
With the old bip the altitude was recorded properly.
Does anyone else has the same behavior with the Bip S?
Bip S does not have a barometer.

I know, but with GPS switched on in Trainings it should be possible to get the altitude from the GPS data, not?
It has to be implemented on software. On Strava it showed my altitude which is interpolated from the GPS data. I guess the Amazfit app just display whatever is recorded.

Any Amazfit capable to use as heart rate sensor for another device?

Hi,
I use a Garmin watch actually but wanted to replace it with a Amazfit watch. The gamin watch can send the heart rate so that my bike computer can display it. The bike computer can use Ant+ and Bluetooth for this connection. Is there any Amazfit watch which can send the heart rate with Ant+ or Bluetooth?
Thanks
