Last month I tried to make unlock bootloader through Huwaei website. They made difficulties, did not respond to emails, and in the end, after July 24, they did not allow the opening of the bootloader.
Is there another method to make bootloader opening?
additional information
I am also interested in unlocking that bootloader and contacted the custumer support. They clearly answered that they will not provide unlock codes anymore.
hcu-client.com can retrieve your Honor9's bootloader code.

Hey guys, my bootloader unlock allowed status is no, but what if i unlock my SIM? Will it change to Unlock Allowed: Yes? I really wanna unlock the bootloader.
SIM unlocking and bootloader unlocking are two unrelated things.
You won't unlock your bootloader by unlocking the SIM.
To be exact, there is no way to unlock your bootloader by your own if bootloader unlocking is not allowed.
If your local laws grants you the right to gain full access over your device, you can try to send your device to Sony and ask them to unlock the bootloader by invoking these laws.
There is no guarantee that Sony will accepts to proceed, but I know that at least one person get an unlocked phone in France using this process (sorry I don't have the link anymore, I will add it later if I find it again).
Hope it helps,
Regards

Understood, thanks!
I have this model with option bootloader unlock allowed: no in service info. I receive from sony unlock code based on phone imei. Also, i received guide with unlock code for unlocking bootloader but everytime i receive error message: remote command not allowed. On xda forum i found guide where i have to enable in developer options OEM unlock. On sony ericsson forum i receive informaton that on this model i cannot unlock bootloader per their method. There's another way for unlocking bootloader? Thanks
I bought ANE-LX1 (P20 Lite) on June 2018 and immediately unlocked the OEM from the developer options (automatic factory reset was done then), but i never rooted or installed custom rom, recovery...etc.
All updates was normally arriving and i was updating my phone regularly (current build is: ANE-LX1 8.0.0.170(C185)).
I decided to root my device using fastboot, but when the device is in recovery mode i can see:
Code:
Phone Locked -- (in green font color)
FRP Unlock -- (in red font color)
When i try to flash using fastboot i got:
Code:
FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)
While searching online i found that Huawei decided to lock bootloader for all users (so we buy their hardware which contains an opensource software and then they lock it... PERFECT!), and it seems that the only way now is to get the unlock code by contacting third-party codes providers, pay money and they guarantee to provide the correct unlock code (pay and pray) + I will have to expose my device information.
My questions are:
-How can i see in the developer options that my OEM is already unlocked, while the recovery is not convinced?
-Do i really have to unlock it again with the code "after purchasing it ofcourse -- which i will never do" (e.g. using fastboot)?
-Is there any solution from xda experts for my case rather than buying codes and exposing my device information or stay with a Locked bootloader?

Thanks in advance for your kind support.
and Thanks Huawei for putting us as a development community in this situation, where we have to pay for the black markets to unlock our own phones in an unofficial way.
Yes please, shoot some answers!

IMEI, product S/N (if i correctly understood the process, i have to provide my device info so they can extract the bootloader unlock key)
According to the information that's available, the code used to unlock the bootloader is unlocked in a very complicated way and it's basically unique for everyone. Now, I don't know how much this is true and how and why these people got their hands on the "method" of creating the code, but no one has been able to find a way that's guaranteed to work or even work at all, except for, of course, these sites that make you pay for it. I hope I'm not mistaken and forgive me if I am, but I don't think there is any way to obtain the bootloader code manually or without exposing your information to random strangers on the internet.
Need to unlock bootloader with dc unlocker to get unique unlock code. Look guide bootloader unlocking
I've been trying for hours, now, to unlock my bootloader. I've been to the website and I haven't received the 20 digit code to unlock the stupid thing. That was 2 hours ago, but still no email. The rest of the time, I've been searching XDA for some way to get the unlock code without the dang email, but joy. I've even tried a few other methods, but they use Motorola website APIs that aren't active, anymore. If there is someone who can help me get this stupid thing unlocked so I can root, I would be forever grateful.

The only method is the official unlock site.
Moto site is often slow or just says ineligible, just keep trying.
If you got to the step that it say you will get an email, you should get one but it can take a few days.

That is very, very lame...Thanks for the answer.
When plugging in phone for adb
adb start-server
adb -d
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot devices
fastboot oem get_unlock_data
you will then have to use the official site but has worked for me with borneo and the 2022
after following given instructions
fastboot oem unlock
fastboot reboot
and there you go!
Usually it will automatically unlock after 180 days, but I am wondering if it can be done faster?
what exactly are you trying to unlock? the SIM unlock i think has to be requested through the carrier or possibly a business that specifically does those but i cant recommend any or the use of those services. bootloader unlock on the tmobile variant(which should be the exact same device, the tmobile variant has the metro apps installed but disabled" was already available in the first security patch...... but i ran the Nord debloat script from another oneplus thread before ever attempting the bootloader unlock the first time so i cant verify whether thats even needed to get the oem unlock option available or not. maybe someone else can comment on that
my device is MetroPCS, hasn't been 180 days and anyone should be able to unlock the bootloader on these carrier devices. and as stated above, sim unlock and bootloader unlock are two different things. you will not be able to force a sim unlock, and the bootloader unlock will not expedite the process either.
pay off your device or search the forums for someone who might just be able to help you, if you fall within their guidelines.
