In my city my father with Honor 8 Lite takes 4G Plus but not me with LeMax2.
It's a problem or normal band less?

Heyyo, can you please provide which ROM are you using? EUI ROM? A custom ROM? What version of Android is it?
There is a chance that the ROM you are using doesn't have up to date APN settings for your country and mobile service provider.

I have read about asking for the better/faster ROM... But my question is a bit different... I have some battery issues...so i thought that could be a reasonable solution finding a very stable ROM and remove all apps and services apart from phone, mesagges, browser and whatsapp...so...i'd like to ask what ROM could be the best for this aim? Stock one? Cm official (9 i believe)? Or someone else? (I don't need an higher android version...just stability, speed (in this normal action) and surely battery life...)

Guys few days ago I was on cyanogen mod. The pay to click that I am doing can't permiss to view announcement with smartphone but only with pc. But when I was on cyanogen mod I was able to do that, cause the site didn't recognize that I was on smartphone so no problem, but now I am on stock ics firmware and i cant do ptc with my smartphone anymore. The site recognize that I am on smartphone. I tried all things like trying all browsers and all user agents. Now my question is : from what depends that site recognize or not that Im on smartphone? I can solve this thing? Thank you in advance
