Hi Can Someone Help me how to edit mtk6260 and 6261 rom cause the mtk resource editor doesnt support this version of roms so is someone have a program or can make program can edit mtk6261 and 6260 firmwares pls help me

I wanted to combine the Intercept app in Lewa OS from there odex and apk files. But I searched a lot couldnt find how to combine them.. Can anybody help me out..!! This Intercept app is too gud.. I had used it in my Old ACE which had a diect port of Lewa.. Which blocks the calls with wildcard!!
EDit: I couldnt upload the odex file directly so added .zip to it pls remove the .zip!!

I have made a program through one of websites thats uses html5 coding system
they are made a page which contain info about them and after trying to decompile and search the item inside res,smali files , i can't find where the extenral link to their website is ,.
all i wanna know is which file should contain the extenral links to edit it
