My father's Lenovo A6010+'s main microphone stopped working. He uses his phone mainly as a phone and talking is cruitial for him.
On the other hand his camera's microphone works fine.
So can someone give me an app or tell me how to use the camera microphone for talking?

Hello, my g5's microphone does not take a signal. no one can hear me on the calls, and i can´t record audios. When recording videos audio works because the phone uses the microphone above.
I have already changed the flex of charge where the microphone is and the problem continues.
Anyone have an idea how to solve it? maybe there is a loose connector on the motherboard .. a false contact .. or something like that?
Hello. My microphone stopped working, only works if i select loudspeaker option. Everything else seems normal.
Anyone knows what is happening?
Does the cellphone use different microphones for regular and loudspeaker calls?

Edit: Since i can't delete the thread, i solved it... The mic hole was clogged with dust. Cleaned it and is working fine now.

My charging port has stopped working, so I installed a new sub board with a new charging port and microphone. Everything worked until I answered the first phone call, the person could not hear me. I went to settings and tested the microphones. As it turned out, the new microphone does not work, only the secondary microphone that is used by the camera works.
I don't want to buy the next part.

I have a Samsung Tab S7+ with lastest firmware and software updates.
The only problem i am facing is the microphone.
When i capture a video or record sound, it works perfectly. I can hear the recorded voice clearly.
But when i making video call (viber, messenger, duo, skype,...), the volume on the other line's speaker is very low. I tested with my mobile phone and result was the same.
I thought the reason is more likely from software than hardware.
Does anyone have the same problem as me and please help me fix this issue. Thank you so much.

Hi, I have a 7 5G and microphone in it has stopped working. it does not record in the camera, voice recorder. Also one with headphones connected does not work.
I have already reset phone and updated to 12.
I also replaced board with usbc, jack, microphone.
I don't know what else could be broken.
